We will be happy to welcome you to our house with a 180-degree panoramic view over the beaches of Sto André. The house has all the necessary infrastructure, such as a kitchen equipped with a stove and refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with a hot water shower. To get to the house, which is 500 meters from the sea, you need to drive inside the rainforest on a trail about 4.5 km from downtown Sto Andre. The Casa da Praça Chalet is located in the São Francisco neighborhood in the center of Arraial D'ajuda. As a residential neighborhood, it is very quiet, surrounded by greenery and many birds. We are a 10-minute walk to the main street and 20 to the beaches. It is part of the Casa da Praça property, divided from the main house by a live fence and gates, an independent entrance giving total privacy to our guests. Our Chalet is very charming and all set up for your comfort and PEACE !!

Casa da Aroeira

Exclusive chalet whith excellent location, 5 minutes walking to center of the city and easy access to all beaches. Accommodate up to 4 People, one big bed and two single beds in the living room. Outdoor kitchen, large área, swimming pool and extra complete bathroom. My home is in the back of the property separated by a hedge, which gives guests total privacy. Cleaning and energe fees are charged separatelly. Smoking are allowed only outdoor áreas and pets are not allowed.

Angelo's space is perfect for those who like to feel at home, thanks to the charm of the place and the host's welcome. We stay 18 days, but the urge is to spend a good few months there. The building is located at the back of the main house and has two compact yet very comfortable and well decorated suites. The balcony and the garden are welcoming, to the extent to enjoy a coffee in the middle of the afternoon stretched on the hammock. The shared kitchen is small, but it serves well to prepare simple meals and then go to the river or to the beach. The location is ideal, right in the middle of the village and close to the access to the river, as well as markets and good restaurants, but far enough from the buzz to have peace of mind. Angelo gave great tips for our stay, from services to interesting things to do and places to explore in the area. We highly recommend your stay there and we hope to visit again and enjoy Santo André and the hospitality of Angelo soon!

We spent a week in Trancoso and, despite the rain, the house was perfect! Very well equipped and with great spaces to enjoy even on closed days. The hosts were super nice — and their puppy is a charm of its own! We miss you, Chico! We recommend it and would definitely come back.

Beautiful and cozy place. The only thing I didn't like very much is that in the suite I stayed (suite 8) the air conditioning did not cool much and sometimes dripped. It was nothing that hindered the stay and not only recommend how I would come back. Besides, another detail is that there was no boxing in the bathroom, but as the inn continues to finish, it must be something that will soon be corrected. Gi is pretty cool!
