The kitchenette provides you with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. A basic supply of salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil is available, as well as all cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery. For an active start to the day, a capsule coffee machine is at your disposal so you can enjoy your morning coffee to the fullest. The large south-facing windows flood the dining and living area with sunlight, providing plenty of space for a relaxing yoga session. The spacious south-facing balcony invites you to linger and unwind. A small seating area and loungers (in summer) are provided for your enjoyment. Through the balcony, you also have access to a small storage area where you can store additional sports equipment, shoes, recycling materials, and more. Our new apartment "die Stub" is the perfect starting point for your tours to the Vilstal and the surrounding mountains since we are already in the middle of the forest area. Neuschwanstein is only 25 minutes away by car. After a tour, you can cool your feet in the Vils or jump into the surrounding bathing lakes. In winter, various lifts are about 25 minutes away by car or you can take a snowshoe tour from the house. The town center is 3.5 km away where you can buy everything you need.

The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

The ski slope is about 5 minutes by car, and in 2 minutes you can reach the Höllschlucht forest rope course. The alpine hiking trail to the Kapeller Alpe leads directly behind the house. Enjoy the variety of leisure opportunities for athletes and relax in your alpine retreat!

In the vacation apartment in my wooden house 'Casa Linda' with a view of the Breitenberg, Kienberg and Falkenstein, you can leave everyday life behind and recharge your batteries and get plenty of fresh air under my 400-year-old linden tree.
