Close to the famous Puerta de Jerez which gives access to the old, is in a typical yard Moreno de Mora Street, a quiet street from you need not take any kind of transportation to all attractions, from the viewpoint of the strait, the fishing port, beach sets fulfill any of the many restaurants, cafes, shops .... It is made with some original high ceilings with wooden beams of the typical construction Tarifeña, which give a special charm. It has a double bed and two sofa loft force in living area that serve as beds. Estudio moderno, coqueto, decorado con encanto y muy funcional. Recién construido, muy céntrico, cerca de todo, la playa a 5 minutos andando, casco antiguo a 3min, dos grandes supermercados a 100-150 metros, gran zona de parking a 150 mt. Zona tranquila, ni disco ni pubs cerca. Cocina totalmente equipada Cama canapé doble grande de 1,50 mt y un sofá cama chaise longue. Hay dos splits de aire acondicionado para frío y calor, persianas eléctricas, video portero. Dispone de smart tv y wifi.

Apartamento en el corazón de Tarifa, ubicado en planta baja de un precioso patio andaluz. No necesitarás coche, ya que su ubicación es excelente, y podrás llegar a todos los lugares de interés andando (se encuentra a 1 minuto de la entrada del puerto, a 2 minutos de la plaza de abastos, y en 5 min andando estarás en la playa). Rodeado de zonas de Restaurantes y ambiente, sus muros antiguos de gran grosor hacen efecto cueva, aislando del ruido exterior para ofrecer una estancia relajada.

Loft nuevo muy iluminado y funcional con terraza particular y acceso privado al edificio. Situado en zona residencial muy tranquila y cerca de la calle principal de tiendas. Estamos a 5 minutos del casco antiguo y a 10 minutos de la playa de los lances, desde la terraza se puede ver el mar. Cocina y baño totalmente equipados, menaje completo, toallas, sabanas y mantas para cuatro personas. Apartamento ideal para parejas o hasta cuatro personas.

Très joli min-appartement situé dans un quartier dynamique, sécurisé accessible et proche de plusieurs lieux a pied : 20 min de la kasbah , 10 min du consulat d'Espagne, 12 min du corniche merkala, 15 min place iberia. **Important** : on interdit aux couples non mariés de toutes les générations de séjourner dans le logement. Cette interdiction ne s'applique pas aux couples étrangers, au moins que l'un des deux soit d'origine arabe ou bilatérale.
