Perfectly located apartment in the city center, ideal for discovering the city on foot. Several cafes, restaurants and shops are close by. Secure and calm area. Clean, well-equipped, and as advertised. Small bathroom but functional. The co-host is very kind and was responsive to all our requests. Special mention, fast internet for work or streaming. I recommend it without hesitating for long and short trips!

We had a great time in this apartment, perfectly in line with the photos and impeccably clean. The residence is ideally located, quiet, with a magnificent view of the golf course and the sea. A relaxing and pleasant place that I highly recommend.

Exactly as pictured. More spacious than I expected. We had one night while waiting for the ferry and this was perfect. We parked at ferry station, which made our early morning easier. Sofa bed was made up and waiting as we had 4 people. Kitchen seemed well stocked, though we didn’t use it. Balcony views were impressive!

I had the best time and experience at Ayoub’s place and also best service with his dad. They were so flexible, I got there so early and they were more than willing to let me in the place early and his dad was there waiting for us to provide the keys and help us get to the house. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family. I highly recommend this place because it is private, clean, organized, walkable, so much to do in Cabo Negro. The apartment is in the center, a stone's throw from all amenities. It is furnished with great taste and has all the amenities. I also worked a couple of days and I liked it a lot. Aida is always available and nice.

This is a beautiful place in the middle of town. The address listed is incorrect so you must make sure to verify where you are meeting at. Mohammed is a fantastic and kind host. I recommend this place.

Sarah was really easy to work with, very responsive. We were missing a towel and she had a brand new one brought up right away. The place is spacious, conveniently located, great parking and walking distance to the beach. We could sit on the veranda and see the waves. The one thing that needed attention were the shower enclosures which allowed water outside of the shower onto the bathroom floor. She has said that they are scheduled to be replaced. So this should not be a future problem. Highly recommend the place.
