What a great place to stay! The villa has many rare amenities, kitchen, washing machine, iron, sink, hair dryer, laundry dryer. Two desks is something no one has in this area! Most hosts assume only one desk, but we are a couple working remotely, so we needed two. The ergonomic chairs are a huge advantage, we've never had such good chairs when working away from home, we felt like we were in our home office with them. We moved the desks to one of the bedrooms and it was a breakthrough, one bedroom for us and the other bedroom as an office, both with air conditioning. The place was very clean. The scooter included is a huge added value, we used it a lot and can't imagine life without a scooter. Pinidu and his mom are wonderful! They have helped us so many times and have always been very kind, responsive, supportive. They are amazing people and we will miss them. Pinidu also treated us to a variety of fruits and regional foods, told us a lot about Sri Lanka, showed us temples.Recommended!

Cozy Croc was perfect for our holiday. My partner and I were travelling around Sri Lanka with our friend and the two bedroom, mini-kitchen and living room space with two separate bathrooms was just perfect for us. The space is, like the name suggests, cozy and comfortable. It's at a walking distance from the beach and adjoining restaurants and spots. We loved that it felt secluded despite its central location. The host, Dulshan, is proactive, warm and helpful. He suggested some amazing surf instructors to us and some of the best places to eat in Hiriketiya as well. Had an amazing stay at his. We plan on staying here again.

Coccocabana is a beautiful place to stay at the beach of Sri Lanka. Enjoy the garden, swimmingpool, the house , the waves ( in the swimmingside), the restaurants, shops and go everywhere with a tuktuk! There’s so much positive to tell about it…. Come and see it by yourselves.

We loved our stay at Ricky Lee’s home ✨ I booked it for my birthday, and am so happy I did ~ the space was beautiful, inside and out! Madu was also so friendly and helpful with our check-in :) We look forward to staying again soon!

The place is in a truly lovely place, nestled amidst lush greenery. The location was incredibly calm and quiet, offering a perfect escape. The house itself was beautiful, even more so than the pictures suggested. Ben was a great host, making sure our stay was absolutely unhindered. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway.

Terrene Villa was everything and more. Jalal responded quickly to any queries before arrival and during the booking process. We stayed for two weeks as a family of 4, plus daughter's boyfriend. The villa is stunning and just as described. Sri Lanka is the gift that keeps on giving and Terrene Villa is the perfect place to enjoy it all. Suda and Judi (apologies if I have spelt their names wrong) were a delight and looked after us very well. Their breakfasts were enjoyable and the fresh juices were delicious. The gardens were kept beautifully and what a joy to see monkeys in the trees and on the roof! Viraj sorted all our travel and day trips out and was always quick to reply and make suggestions. We were so sad to leave the villa, it really is an oasis of calm.

Our stay here was comfortable and pleasant. The host was so kind and generous. Harshani even went out of her way to prepare breakfast and lunch for us which was delicious and homely. We felt right at home at the stay. The stay is 4mins walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The host was very responsive and the stay looks just like in the pictures -clean. Highly recommend this stay!

Absolutely magical 3 weeks at Sudu Villa with our 5-month old son. Before check-in, Matt’s communication was excellent and was also reached out to by Charu, the Villa Manager, who both were happy to answer any questions we had. Check-in was smooth and we had the best time at Sudu Villa. Location is absolutely perfect, with easy walks to Pehebiya Beach and Hirikitiya. Charu was absolutely brilliant throughout our stay and couldn’t do enough for us, whether that’s organising surf lessons, tuktuks or airport transfers. Villa was immaculate with regular pool cleaning, we felt immediately relaxed from Day One. Will definitely be returning, a memorable few weeks.

I was searching for a place to establish a home base for my trip when Ann's property caught my attention. I was captivated by what it had to offer in the photos, so I booked it with great excitement. Ann was incredibly responsive and helped me plan my trip accurately by being flexible with my dates, ensuring I felt right at home from the very first day. When I arrived, I walked onto the balcony, which provided a serene view of the Ahangama ocean. The apartment was exactly what I wished for and more. It was very clean, tidy, and thoughtfully furnished. The apartment truly felt like a home, helping me unwind each day and wake up refreshed for the next. We have stayed in around 180 Airbnbs and this is stand out one of the best! THE most fully equipped property we have ever come across, with all sorts of unexpected items such as mosquito repellent coils, filtered water, cooking oils and first aid kit! Eva and her manager, Tharush were amazingly friendly and accommodating. 5 star service and facilties to match! Can't recommend this place enough.

Staying with Nalaka and his family was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had on our trip. From the very first moment, we didn’t just feel welcome, we felt like we were visiting old friends. They have such big hearts and were always there with a smile, a kind word, or a helping hand. The place itself was even more beautiful than the photos. Everything was super clean, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. But what made our stay unforgettable was the way Nalaka and his family treated us. We had so many lovely conversations, and it always felt like they genuinely cared about us and our experience. He also cooked for us a few times, and the food was honestly some of the best we had in Sri Lanka. So if you’re looking for a real, honest, and heartwarming Sri Lankan experience, not just a place to sleep, but a place to connect, then you should definitely book this Airbnb. We’ll always remember this stay, and we’re so grateful we got to meet Nalaka and his wonderful family.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks as we wanted a relaxing holiday to South Sri Lanka. We were very pleased with our stay. The apartment is in a fabulous location making it very easy to walk to breakfast/dinner and beach front bars in the evening. La belle on the doorstep of the place is great for sunset. Gianluca is a super friendly host, was very helpful, always responding quickly, he also arranged a bike for us for our stay which was very helpful. The apartment was cleaned regularly & we were provided with fresh shower & beach towels. Highly recommend staying here.

I highly recommend Sanjayas place, it is in a quiet and beautiful area with its own private entrance, walking distance to the local restaurants and beaches. The room was perfect with a great terrace, Sanjaya and his family are wonderful. I hope to be back again.

Great apartment, had all the basic necessities! The host and family were so incredibly helpful! Gave us a number for a great tuck tuck driver, warned us about the rambunctious monkeys that like to stop by, tried to keep us up to date on the power outages and more. It’s a lovely little jungle villa, with that being said, jungle = lots of bugs, there’s no way around it. Just don’t leave any open food out and that will help lessen the bug situation. Also, mirissa beach (great spot for restaurants and beach days) is a bit too far to walk, so I’d recommend getting a scooter or a bike and the host has a person for that too!! All around, would stay again if we come back to Sri Lanka! Host and family were so so so helpful and friendly!

Very worth for the price! Easy to walk to nearby beaches and cafes. Definitely hard to sleep in at all since the road gets quite loud with busses honking. The house is next to the forest/jungle so there are many small bugs like ants in the bathroom and sometimes the bedroom but it’s not so bad, just something to be aware of. The power went out a few times during our stay but apparently that’s pretty normal for this region especially if it is raining. Overall would still recommend for good location and price. Padma was able to do our laundry as well for a small fee

It was such a Nice Place to live! 5 min to Mirissa Beach But still a quiet Place.

Our stay couldn’t have been more amazing. The apartment is so beautiful and comfortable. It’s spotless clean, great kitchen facilities and ice cold AC. It’s located right in front of a little local beach where there is a lot of boats docked which is stunning for sunset. The locals around are all so friendly as well. Such quick and helpful communication from the host. Couldn’t recommend enough it’s an absolute steal for the price.

Great bunch of guys building their hotel and community spaces. Love to see it develop. The rooms were good. Very comfortable and it felt like we stayed in the forest. Would recommend.
