To get to the property, it is best to have an SUV or Truck to ensure you cross the few creeks along the way but you are able to drive through with a car most of the time. Resort amenities include a fire pit, outdoor pool, playground, laundry room, and a fish cleaning station. Boats and boat slips are also available to rent. We are located next to Empire Park and are just 16 miles from Branson.

Timberlake Cottages

These two cottages are rented as one combined unit, connected by a breezeway with convenient keypad locks. The cottages sit on three acres consisting of a large playing field and walking trail in the woods. Both cottages offer hardwood & tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and custom cabinets with quartz countertops. Each cottage sleeps up to 6 people. The cottages each have a Smart TV with WiFi. Located just 1.5 miles from a grocery store, pizza place, pharmacy, Dollar General and Ace Hardware.

We even have inflatable kayaks you can rent and take to Bull Shoals just 10 minutes from here! Shooting range is also available upon request.

Getaway from it all when you stay under the stars in a Glamping (glamorous camping) tent with your own restroom. We are Ozark Mountain Adventure, just 10 minutes from the Branson Landing. This site's theme is rolling back the times to the good ole Bedrock days of the Flintstones. This unique site has a push/start firepit and your own space to relax. There are 16 stone stairs that you will need to climb at this site and there is a sunshade cover over the top of the tent.

You are within walking distance to Downtown Hollister with ample restaurants, coffee shops and local shopping. We are a vintage motel built in 1958 that has been renovated. We are also on beautiful Turkey creek! Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.
