Here you will have a good and affordable stay in spring, summer, autumn and winter. Only 3 minutes by car to Hundfjället's slopes and direct proximity to cross-country trails. Fireplace, balcony and shared sauna in the building. Sleeps 5. Bedroom with double bed (width 160 cm) and extra bed (width 80 cm). Living room with bunk bed (width 80 cm), dining table, fireplace, sofa bed, TV, exit to the balcony. Kitchen, toilet, shower.

During the season, there are buses a stone's throw from the cottage that take you to Tandådals center several times a day. The house is cozily decorated and is suitable for two adults and two children. Modern equipment with sofa bed and sleeping loft. During the summer, autumn and spring, you have access to fantastic nature with hiking and biking trails, fishing and berry picking in the beautiful Sälenfjälls nature.

Det är bara att sätta på sig skidorna och åka ut i Karinbacken. Från Karinbacken är det lätt att ta sig till Lindvallens största backe; Gustavsbacken. Städning ingår. Linnepaket finns att hyra samt uppbäddning av säng. Det går på 150kr per person (ungefär €14) och det innehåller 1st kuddöverdrag, påslakan, underlakan, stor och liten handduk.

Welcome to a cozy cottage with sauna, underfloor heating and Tulikivi masonry stove, close to the forest and nice ski trails. In a way, time has stood still, because there is no Wi-Fi here, but several board games, which you'll find in the bureau in the living room. Free bus to the slopes goes just outside the house and the nearest ski resort is Tandådalen about 2 kilometers away. The cottage is mainly rented Saturday-Saturday.

On the property, there is also our larger cottage that we sometimes use or rent out ourselves.

The cottage is located in Hundfjället, about 500 meters from the slope, is 100 sqm and was completely renovated in 2022. Modern and cozy at the same time with a real cottage feel. A minute's walk to both grocery store, Bullar och Bröd (bakery and Sälen's best pizza), as well as the super nice restaurant Frö. Perfect for 6-7 adults or, for example, 4 adults and 4 children.
