University of Tampa just 1 mile away and downtown Tampa including the cruise terminal just a couple blocks more. Walkable to Hyde Park Village, Berns Steakhouse and Bayshore Blvd. No car needed, but plenty of rideshare options for those day trips to the beach, Busch Gardens, Tampa Zoo or our fantastic Aquarium. Excellent place for people on the go.

There is ample parking, all the necessary amenities, and an exotic animal sanctuary on the property. Tour of the sanctuary included with booking or guests are free to explore the property. Come enjoy our cozy farmhouse RV. This Unit is located in our backyard. The backyard is a fenced in area with a seating area and small charcoal grill where you can sit and enjoy the Florida weather. Please note, this unit is best suited for 1-3 guests. Yes, the unit is capable of sleeping a third guest if it’s a child. Other things to note No smoking inside the unit. There is a seating area with an ashtray outdoors where smoking is allowed.
