Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Spacious house, Morvan, Burgundy, pool (season)

A short distance from the Lac Chaumecon, this spacious renovated farmhouse is located in the heart of the Morvan natural park, Burgundy. The detached house has been renovated and is surrounded by a garden of approximately 2500 m2, with lots of privacy, fantastic views and from June to September with a large 7.32 m-3.66 m) above-ground swimming pool. The house is equipped with modern conveniences and is ideal as a family home for a holiday in and around the house or as base to discover Burgundy.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Unusual barrel room

The barrel is an unusual accommodation located in a garden adjoining a stopover lodge. Cocooning is guaranteed in this 12 m² barrel where all the comforts are present (heating, electricity, table, benches). The bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) is located in a building close to the barrels. Sun loungers and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the garden. The infrastructure of the stopover cottage can be used. Breakfast is offered at €10/person and can be booked upon arrival.

Country home, Au 40, Morvan, Burgundy

In the Morvan Regional Natural Park, our house is located in a small village at the foot of Mont Beuvray. Peaceful, this cottage has been completely renovated. Ideal for relaxing with the family, you will find all the comforts you need indoors and outdoors. Its garden is perfect for meals or moments of rest, its main asset is the magnificent and unobstructed view. Pets are also allowed. You can park your vehicles in the parking lot and bikes in an outbuilding.

Welcome to La Saboterie, a former clog factory from the 1800s, lovingly renovated by us. Nestled in the heart of Morvan, between forests, rivers, lakes and starry sky. In a charming little village, very quiet. Handmade furniture, exposed stones, French ceiling, enclosed garden not overlooked, fully equipped kitchen and quality bedding await you. For a sweet and warm atmosphere, between tradition and comfort. Dogs allowed only by request.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

The comfort and setting as well as the two wood stoves make it a warm place where the desire to settle down and enjoy the present moment predominate. You can walk or bike to many hiking trails.
