Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

A well-maintained pool table is featured prominently, with a triangle rack positioned on the green felt. A television is mounted on the wall in the background, and ample natural light enters through the nearby window, partially covered by grey curtains.

Guest floor has 3 x double bedrooms, lounge, bathroom. laundry/ kitchenette and a forth single bedroom / office.
