The house is surrounded by untouched nature and lovingly furnished in Scandinavian style. From the large terrace you have a wonderful view of the Zschopautal. Behind it rise the hills of the Erzgebirge, which you can hike from the house. The Erzgebirgsbahn takes you to well-known places in the Erzgebirge such as Wolkenstein, Annaberg and Oberwiesenthal.

Free parking is available on the street. Free parking, if available, is possible in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. Downtown is about 20 minutes' walk.
