House vacation rentals in Talomo

Loved everything about this home. Very clean and spacious! Hosts are responsive and act quickly. Walkable to Matina Town Square where there are several dining options including my favorite Halo-Halo place Aling Fopings. It was maybe a bit large for only 8 people but it was nice to have all that room. Price is right if you have 12 or more people. Kinda pricey for just 8 people.

Vivian's place is pretty and comfortable house to stay in. She and Arnel the caretaker is very responsive and kind. The place is in safe and secure location, close to the airport, wet market and mall. Fully air-conditioned rooms, free wifi and netflix tv. You can cook too and microwave is handy as well. My family had a great time in their accommodation, except when it was raining there is a sewage smell which is also the community's problem. Thank you Viv and Arnel, we'll see you next time😊

Great place. Nothing fancy, but perfectly clean, everything works and the location could not be better. Definitely worth every peso.

Ms. Rhea was extremely considerate, responsive, and accommodating. Same can be said to Kuya Weng, a reliable caretaker who was always nearby and helping us with our requests. This made our group's stay very pleasant and smooth. Just some highlights to mention: - The home itself is lovely, clean, and well maintained. - There are ACs in every room, including the sala, which made our stay very cool and comfortable even with this summer heat - You can also do your laundry for a small fee per load, convenient for longer stays. - As for getting around, Grabs were very easy to book within the area and the place is only 8 minutes from the airport. - Kuya Weng is a MVP, assisting us throughout our stay Based on our experience, I highly recommend this place for big groups! We really enjoyed our stay in Davao :)

The place is nice and just 5 minutes from the golf course. It was a great choice for us, especially since we didn’t have to go downtown to find accommodations. They have towels, bath essentials prepared for us. The owner was also very responsive and prompt in my messages.

This is the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in the Philippines. The jacuzzi fills to the top with hot water. Secure, safe community. Good coffee maker. Nice TV. Comfortable beds. It's a dope industrial style house. Neighbors are friendly. Also a quiet community. If it's available, this will be the first airbnb I stay at multiple times anywhere on earth.

From booking to checkout, Geraline and Dennis were incredibly responsive, polite, and friendly. The property was secure, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Since the property is located away from the main city center, it can occasionally take some time for Grab or other taxi services to arrive. However, this was a minor inconvenience. A special thanks to Geraline's brother for kindly taking us to the terminal during checkout — we truly appreciated the help. We highly recommend Geraline's place, especially for families with kids seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay.

cozy and homey, definitely coming back. Brenda was nice and helpful. Some things others may need to know but not mentioned in the listing: 1. Drinking water was available enough for the days of our stay 2. There’s a sari sari and water station store 2 houses away 3. There’s an extension cord/plug adaptor inside the drawer of the bedside table of the room with the queen bed 4. There were no mosquitoes during my 5 day stay but you may still need to close the windows if u leave for hours because there were butterflies 5. walking distance to the basketball court and playground (next to the village entrance) 6. there’s a massage parlor and laundry shop near the village entrance I liked that there were not many breakable decorations like in other bnbs because I have children. there was an ironing board but I couldn’t find the iron.

This was our second time staying in one of their listed homes, and just like before, it didn’t disappoint! It’s a great place for a barkada getaway or a small party, with a spacious and chill vibe that makes it easy to enjoy. However, we did notice that the cleanliness wasn’t up to par this time. The house didn’t seem as well-maintained, and we were greeted by some cockroaches and a bit of a foul smell upon arrival. Thankfully, the host was very responsive and accommodating, quickly providing us with Baygon spray and an air freshener to freshen up the space. Despite this minor setback, we still had a great time during our two-night stay. The overall experience was fun, and we’d still consider coming back. Hopefully, maintenance improves, but we’d still recommend this place to friends looking for a laid-back stay!

Really loved the place! It was so cozy and homey. Had a hard time finding the exact house though, we followed the pinned location but somehow got lost, eventually found it anyway. Also WiFi was broken but the Host was kind enough to load my cellular data. Overall, we had a really great stay and would definitely come back again soon!

Grace's Airbnb was really, really nice. The house exceeded my expections and was better in person than in the listing. Super clean and clutter free, the house also had secure parking in a safe neighborhood. Easy to find. Host was standing by upon arrival to make sure we had a smooth check-in and had everything we needed The host was friendly and responsive to our requests. Highly recommended. I would gladly stay here again.

The place has great amenities and the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and would helped me explore Davao city and made my trip a memorable, safe and enjoyable experience. I hope coming back in the future!

I loved staying with Mrs. Faye. The place was very clean and the apartment was very spacious and big. We never ran into any problems with the apartment. The air conditioning, electricity, WiFi and tv all worked perfectly and she also gave us fruit upon arriving! I will 100 percent stay with Mrs. Faye again and would recommend her place to anyone! Thank you for all the help in making my vacation wonderful Mrs. Faye!!!
