It was a great stay, upon our late arrival there were no hustle for the key has a secured key box. Then, upon entering the villa the ambiance was good that it feels like home. Despite the short stay we enjoyed comfortably the accommodation. We did not expect that the villa has a complete appliances, we even brought our own thinking that it was not included. A two thumbs-up to Francisco's Residences for a great stay at the Little Villa 1. Worth recommending to my friends and family.

If you want to experience country side and have the amenities of city planned apartments, then Silay Happy House is the place to go. The neighbors as well as the neighborhood dogs were super friendly. I would suggest renting a car or using the grab app because it is quite a ride from the nearest super market. Other than that, would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rai’s Place. Sir Rai is very responsive despite catching flights in between. Everything that you need is already there, we were able to cook food, whole house is air-conditioned and we really felt at home. Could not describe more kay dabest gid amon stay. Planning to stay there again if ever we get a chance to travel again. Kudos to Sir Rai!

The place is very peaceful and with good security since it is inside the subdivision. The house is very spacious and would definitely make you feel at home. It's also closely located in the main part of the city where you can experience great food and fun activities. What makes it even better is that the host is very accommodating and fast in responding to all of our inquiries. Would surely get back to this same place with my family soon. Very grateful to find this place in Air BnB.

The place was very clean, and the host was responsive with clear instructions, making the place easy to find. The amenities were just as described, and the location was peaceful and private. I would recommend bringing a car as public transportation and shuttle services can be limited, especially on weekends. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

I was looking for a place where it's peaceful and cool, a perfect place to spend time during summer.. and this place whas the perfect choice! A cozy, spotless, and well located stay with a host who goes above and beyond. We had a wonderful stay! The place is very convenient, close to everything we needed and incredibly clean and complete with all the essentials. We really enjoyed our time here. The host was very hospitable, kind and always quick to respond, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place. A perfect place for a relaxing, peaceful and private get-away. The view of the mountains is simply stunning. The host and staff are very approachable and addressed all our concerns immediately. While cooking in the premises is allowed, the adjacent restaurant and Duyan cafe a few minutes walk away provide a better alternative than home cooked meals. Even though we noticed a lot of customers going to the restaurant, we never felt an intrusion to our privacy nor disturbance to our peace due to the vast open and beautiful surroundings. We will definitely book this place again in the near future.

The stay was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, complete with all the necessary amenities. The small iron was particularly useful, and I really appreciated the tea setup. However, we did encounter a small issue during check-in when the door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. We are very grateful that she promptly helped us, especially considering the distance she traveled. The hand soap and shampoo provided were of excellent quality, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view was fantastic. Air-condition was top notch compared to other spaces this was adequate and could reach my desired cozy temperature of 16 to 18. will be my go to place!

The place is great and the host is very cooperative and responsive in all the inquiries. All in all I can say she’s right, that her place could be my place. A good place to relax. And i would love to come and stay again for my next visit in the Philippines, it is convenient for my family and for me since to see each other since the place is not far from my family’s place. The location is perfect, next to a mall with a supermarket. Walking distance to fastfoods/restaurants and public transport. A convenience store next to the entrance. I loved that the place had 2 separat beds with pull outs so we didn't need to share beds. Kitchen was essential for us ,they have a full sized fridge with freezer too. There wasn't toiletries which isn't really a big deal for us but check with host so know if you need to pack,also we couldn't figure out how to on the heater lols. but also wasn't a big deal for us, if that's essential for your stay,you might want to sort that when you get there rather than later -the host are very responsive All in all we had a great and comfortable stay and 💯 would recommend this home. Thank you

The place was really clean and we really liked that it had a balcony. Although we didn’t expect we needed to park somewhere else, it was a good stay and we’ll be definitely be coming back here soon.
