The host is very friendly. Encountered some minor problems but he is very responsive and helpful. The place has a marvelous city view, secured and has a walking distance to the mall. Will definitely book this place again 🩷

Jenn was a great host who made everything easy from start to finish. She always responded quickly to messages and was really helpful throughout our stay. The place looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. Getting in was super easy with clear directions and flexible check-in times. The place was really clean and organized. Kitchen was spotless and everything looked great, though a few decorations had some dust. Overall it was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

This place was a great stay in Makati. The building was quiet and accessible with great amenities. The area is relatively safe and walkable. The apartment was in good condition and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Bed was really comfortable.

We're so lucky to have booked this place! The neighborhood is fantastic, and the view from the room is absolutely stunning. The property is spotless, and the amenities are comprehensive, including well-maintained toilets (3). The hosts are very responsive. My favorite listing in the Phil by far.

Love, love, love the place! We got all the amenities that we needed that day, it has help us throughout our stay! Glad we were able to book this place, which is convenient to cafes, mall, and it's just across Grand Hyatt, perfect timing! I must say that the only thing needed make sure is the bathroom floor has an anti slip material, we had to be careful not to slide. Overall, awesome stay, thank you for the accommodation!

+great air conditioning +washer dryer work great ~the internet was a it spotty throughout the stay -the iron was basically unusable due to the short cord -the weird fee for using more than 2 towels felt unnecessary given the amount I was already paying

This unit is a vibe! It's the perfect introvert haven with it's homey interiors and well thought-of furnitures. Love the vintage long chair! Also, ang sarap ng tulog ko. The matress is has just the right softness, the sheets & pillows are perfect. With close proximity to Venice Grand Canal mall, I can easily stroll and dine out, food delivery is also a breeze. Checkin was a breeze and all the building staffs are super friendly. I'll definitely come back for a breather/ me-time. Yung hindi ko na need magwork, yung chill and matutulog lang ako buong araw 😂

This unit is very clean, spacious, and has all the amenities one would need for a short stay. WiFi speed is commendable. The balcony is bigger than the ones in the other Prisma units I've stayed in. Sir Ross is also a great host--very quick to respond and accommodating even of last-minute request. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at the unit. It was comfortable and has everything needed for the entire stay. The kitchen if fully equipped and the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. The bed is comfy and the place is so clean.

I had a great stay at Laarni’s place! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved My Stay at Cinema 27! As a first-time Airbnb guest, and someone who’s honestly pretty picky, I was a bit nervous about booking. But when I came across Carlo and Patricia’s listing, it just felt right. I was on a budget, but the place looked great and seemed totally worth it. I booked right away, and I’m so glad I did. The space was super comfy, very clean, and smelled really nice. Everything was just as described (or better!). They had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, all the tools and utensils were clean and complete, which I really appreciated. Carlo and Patricia were both so kind and easy to talk to. They made me feel very welcome and at ease throughout my stay. Honestly, they’ve set the bar high, I’d love to stay at Cinema 27 again next time I travel. Can’t wait! ☺️🫶🏻

Second time here, no problem at all. The Balcony gives you a great view, you have great access to the Venice mall, the room is spacious and looks great. We will come back again, 😁 thank you Penpen.

We had a great stay in Maria Lourdes’ place, these are the things we totally loved about the unit (note that below review is from POV of 2 people) - Ambiance - Spacious - Lots to do (unit has karaoke, PS4, & a LOT of board games) - Complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware - Clean space (bed, cr, kitchen & balcony) - +points kasi pagpasok mo during check in malamig na yung unit + ang bango! - Accommodating, kind, and responsive host! What I can recommend: - hook for clothes/towel sa CR :) Overall, really loved our stay here, kulang ang overnight, would love to book this again! :) Thank you! ❤️

Hosts are very responsive to queries, but most likely, you'll just have minimal queries since they already share complete details right after the confirmation of your booking and a day before the checkin day. The checkin process is hassle free, just need to present ID to the lobby, and a code for the room is already provided by the hosts. The location of the place is so nice specially the view from the balcony. The place is so clean, and the design is so aesthetic, very relaxing ambiance. Will definitely book this place again.

Booked Joyce’s airbnb a day before and everything has been smooth. Joyce is great host and is very responsive in every questions I have asked. I love everything about the unit from ease of accessibility, cleanliness, and complete facilities. Will definitely book again in the future.

The unit was exactly the same as in the photos. It was clean and had essential kitchen items. The WiFi was great.The location is very convenient, as it's walking distance to 7/11 , Starbucks and uptown mall .
