Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

Rund um unser ruhiges Dörfchen St. Sebastian (Kärnten) laden viele Strecken und Wege zum Wandern auf den benachbarten Magdalensberg oder den Christofberg ein. Die Burg Hochosterwitz ist zu Fuß oder per Rad gut erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man in nur 10 Min. in der Bezirkshauptstadt St. Veit an der Glan oder in 20 Min. in der Landeshauptstadt Klagenfurt.

Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich. Es gibt einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit Balkon, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Garten der benutzt werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

We had a lovely few days staying at Robin’s property in Klagenfort. He was very helpful and always responsive. The apartment is clean and spacious, very comfortable for 3 of us to stay for 3 nights. Check-in and out was clear and simple. There is free parking available which was an added bonus. Thank you!

Wir waren leider nur auf der Durchreise, was viel zu schade war! Wären sehr gerne länger an diesem Wohlfühlort mit seinen liebenswerten und gastfreundlichen Bewohnern geblieben. Freundliche Wohnung und sehr schöne und erholsame Gegend, nahe der phantastischen Burg. Wir hatten die kurze Zeit dank Martina‘s Empfehlungen perfekt genutzt und waren traurig am nächsten Tag wieder aufbrechen zu müssen. Wir werden sehr gerne mal wieder kommen…
