The bed is visually separated from the rest of the room by a thread curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The cooking and dining area is immediately adjacent to the cozy TV corner and also the reading corner.

We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Cozy and quiet 60 sqm attic apartment in a newly built country house in an idyllic village. Up to five people can have a great vacation here and get to know the beautiful Chiemgau.
