Mini house – modern comfort in a compact format Here you get all the comfort you need with proximity to nature, swimming and the city's pulse. From the living room, a patio door leads out into the garden. On the front there is parking with 11kW charger for electric car. The location is ideal: only a 10-minute walk to Näsbypark Center with grocery store, pharmacy and several restaurants. Would you like to take a trip into town? The Roslagsbanan train from Näsbypark station takes you to the city (Royal Institute of Technology) in 20 minutes.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?
