Home away from home Great neighborhood & location!

Located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. This three bedroom one bath home is fully furnished. It also has an entry/dining room, living room and kitchen. Convenient location close to I29. It has a large private yard and front porch. Parking available on street or in the back of the house. You can find a park, Hy-Vee, Casey’s and Dollar General within walking distance. Wifi & TV provided. Full-sized washer and dryer. ( located in basement… outside entrance) Super spacious tons of amenities!

We are 36 miles to Eppley Airfield, 35 miles to CHI Health Center, 25 miles to Charles Schwab Field, & 33 miles to the Old Market Omaha. Art Church Iowa is a re-purposed/desanctified 150 year old Presbyterian Church. Its last religious service was in 1969. Artist Zack Jones purchased the building in 2012 from the Historical Society. Zack originally lived in the downstairs while using the upstairs as a studio space. Zack encourages guests to visit the upstairs but understand it’s not part of the Airbnb rental.

What a lovely, secluded place! We had visited when our plans to Colorado didn’t go through. This property did not disappoint! So peaceful! Loved the decor of the property and the convenience of having everything you possibly may need! Also I loved seeing the cats! I really grew fond of Ms Alice (tortie cat), I’m really going to miss her during breakfast and dinner time! We will definitely be back!!

Dorothy’s house is immaculate and a very peaceful place to spend the night…I was there for 3 nights and it was very restful.

Fantastic stay at Doreen’s place. Would recommend it to anyone in the area. Doreen was responsive, accommodating, and her home was comfortable, centrally located, everything as described. 10/10 recommend.

Everything about Lacey's place was wonderful. Pristine condition, nice extra touches everywhere and all felt crisp and clean. The layout is well thought-out and feels expansive even though it is not a huge place, just very well designed. I had a long hard day of travel and Lacey made a point to have a thoughtful surprise waiting for me showing how much care she takes in managing this AirBnB as something she wants guests to feel comfortable in and thoroughly enjoy during their stay. Highly recommend.
