This cozy beach style home is just 150m (3 minute walk) to Tabatinga II beach, just south Jacuma, near Joao Pessoa, PB. Remodel in 2024, there are 4 suites for 11+ guests. There is a front porch area for outdoor dining, socializing, or just relaxing in a hammock. The front yard has pool and there is a BBQ hut with freezer, sink, table, and BBQ. The living room has a 5.1 surround sound system making it also a home theater with a blue ray disc player. The gated driveway can fit 4-5 cars.

Super well located house, close to the main avenue, 800 meters from Jacumã/Carapibus beach (it is on the border). Complete house with private pool, 200 meters of built area, super ventilated, large terrace and barbecue area. I provide bed linens and towels, all appliances and kitchen and barbecue utensils. I do not provide breakfast and I do not change bed linens during your stay.
