This cozy beach style home is just 150m (3 minute walk) to Tabatinga II beach, just south Jacuma, near Joao Pessoa, PB. Renovated in 2024, there are 4 suites for 13 guests. There is a front porch area for outdoor dining, socializing, or just relaxing in a hammock. There is a front yard pool and a BBQ hut with freezer, sink, table, and BBQ. The living room has a projector and a 5.1 surround sound system making it also a home theater through the disc player. The driveway will fit 4 cars.
