Located in the heart of Entre-deux-Mers, at the crossroads of Bordeaux, the great vineyards of Saint-Emilion, Sauternes, Pessac-Léognan (30 minutes drive) and the beaches of the Bassin d'Arcachon (1 hour drive). Very luminous, and with a wonderfull view on the River Garonne, you will enjoy the calm of your stay ! We live year-round in this house with my 2 daughters, so welcome to our home !

Located 15 km from Bordeaux, Saint Caprais is a small country village in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyards. The house for rent as well as our house are located on a large, enclosed and wooded lot. The house is completely independent of ours. A parking space will be reserved for you. The 50 m² house consists of 3 rooms, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Everything is air-conditioned.

Cottage of Ermitage

Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Upstairs, the house has two comfortable bedrooms. You can choose between a 180 cm X 200 cm bed or two 90 cm X 200 cm beds. There is also a desk area and an exercise bike as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. Bed linen and towels are included.
