Everything as in the photos and description. Despite the cold season, nice and warm inside. You can relax from everyday life, watch the animals in the field,or relax in the sauna \ bathtub after an extensive walk on the beach and dunes. Value is great as well. We are happy to book the Airbnb again when we are in the area. Thank you Martina also for the nice communication and the detailed details about the apartment.

It was a really great weekend at the place. There was practically nothing that was not on site. From a super kitchen equipment, to many clean bathrooms, to the boat in front of the house. We were able to enjoy the time carefree and at no time had the feeling that something was missing. Glad to come back!

Our stay at Villa Duindoorn was perfect. It all started with the nicest welcome note and Robert’s kind offer to pick us up at the train station. From our very first impression, we loved everything about the house: the pictures and paintings everywhere, the handpicked designer furniture, the flowers, the books and the blooming garden. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen was very well-equipped: a fridge that makes ice cubes, an espresso machine, a big gas stove, sharp knives and all the basics we needed - including fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden! Once you enter the 1st floor, you find yourself in Pipi longstocking‘s Villa with the cosiest wallpaper, cloud-like beds, and loads of fresh towels! Robert and Karin showed us their property and invited us to use everything- from the swimming pool to the hammock and all the benches, seatings and little sun islands they have created. We have been coming to Sint Maartenszee for many, many years and this year again to Villapark Anzelhoef. This is beautiful, quietly located, clean and well maintained. The vacation home is perfectly equipped—exactly as described in the photos—cozy and without fuss. Everything is very clean and well taken care of—there is nothing to criticize. For traveling with children, the washing machine and dryer are worth gold! Communication was friendly, respectful and purposeful at all times—great. The park is near the dunes and during our entire vacation we only use the bike. To the beach it is only about 15 minutes, and there are plenty of shopping opportunities. In Noord-Holland, everything is quickly accessible by car, and there is always something to do in any weather and for any age. We can recommend this villa park without any restrictions.

This was a lovely house for us. Right on isjelmeer. Everything was clean and very stylish. Bed super comfortable. Very cosy and close to all the gorgeous villages in Friesland. We loved it here.

This is a perfect rental for a 'get away from it all' break. It has beautiful canal-side views, is remarkably quiet and private despite being very centrally located, and has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. There is a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook, and nice restaurants (not many but very welcoming) within a 5-10 minute walk. We had a great long weekend and are planning to return!

Cozy family house, with all the comforts. Large garden and lots of toys. Everything works and is comfortable.

We stayed at Paul's villa with 16 people, but it was also big enough for that and the amenities were sufficient. We were personally received very friendly, were even able to get into the villa a little more by arrangement. The garden was great for the kids and adults (sauna, hot tub). Clear recommendation also for large groups!

We had a lovely family weekend. The weather was unfortunately not the best, but we had a great time with all kinds of games and there was plenty to talk about. Despite the bad weather, a few diehards stood on the sup and sailed in the canoe. There is also fishing with the highlight being a bream of 60 cm. long! In short, a wonderful house!

We had a lovely weekend with the whole family in the villa (8 adults & 5 children) The house is very nicely decorated and offers plenty of space to play and romp. The path to the beach leads through a beautiful forest. The communication between the host and us was flawless. If you had any questions, you would receive a response within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Rick's Airbnb! The home had everything we needed and had plenty of spaces to relax. Rick was very responsive to any communication and had suggestions regarding local restaurants and facilities such as a gym. We highly recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed this last minute booking after arranging our tickets to the historic Dutch GrandPrix 2021 Formula 1. The Host Vivian was a great communicator pre, during and post the event. She arranged a pass through ticket to the closed event area within Zandvoort, which was a unique ticket to have closer access to the event by car. The house has a lot of charm, especially the living room and the garden with its relaxing area that was very welcome after a day of 20 thousands steps in Zandvoort.

Our team of 6 people, business travel after one night, 1, the owner of the house proactively communicated to confirm the arrival time, it was planned to arrive at 8:30, the actual arrival was 9:30 -10, with 1 hour notice, the host was very patient; 2, There is a tree house and a swing in the house; 3. Easy parking🅿️; 4. Surrounded by 2.5km sea and beach, there are shells on the beach🐚, which is suitable for walking to see the beach🏖️;

Laurens is a very likeable host. He answered our questions quickly and very satisfactorily. We felt very comfortable in his house and enjoyed the evening sun on the terrace. We slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. We had a lot of fun with the game "Jakkolo". The house is a good starting point for excursions to the nearby cities as well as wonderful bike tours through nature, in short - we will be happy to come back.

We had a great few days at the place! With two kids and a dog, it was perfect. We had plenty of room (more people could have easily come along). There is a playground and a pool in the immediate vicinity. We drove 10 minutes to the sea by car. The accommodation itself was clean, is very nicely decorated and nicely located. Really recommended! We will be happy to come back! :)

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described, very lovingly decorated and very well equipped! In particular, the outdoor area invites you to linger and offers the best conditions for beautiful summer evenings with an outdoor kitchen (barbecue) and many seating options. We also used the fire bowl! But the interior also offers plenty of space to stay here with a large group and is generously equipped with the open kitchen, two seating areas/sofas and a large table. In addition, the separation between the living area (downstairs) and bedrooms (upstairs) offers the possibility of meeting different sleeping times (e.g. with children). Communication worked great and fast. Overall, the accommodation is highly recommended!!

Dear Esther, we really enjoyed the time with you and were able to feel comfortable right after arrival as if we were at home. This tranquility and idyll here are exactly what we were looking for. Three nights have flown by and yet we were able to unwind wonderfully. It was our first trip to the Netherlands, but it won't be the last :) The house is clean, well located and leaves nothing to be desired.

What makes this place really special is the perfect balance between luxury and coziness, ideal for a weekend with friends where you want both peace and fun. Our group has enjoyed it tremendously and we are already looking forward to our next stay here! We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.
