The apartment in the first floor is features a fully equiped kitchen, washing machine, a king size (180 cm x 200 cm) double bed, two bed sofas if needed, two airconditions to adjust the climate you need, a 55" TV, a desktop for remote working, a huge oversize bathtub perfect for couples and lots of light with its 15 windows.

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

Kalácsház stands on an undisturbed small estate. It's an ideal place to get away and relax for a while. And in the evening, you can bathe under the stars in the outdoor tub. Dörgicse is a quiet little gem of the Balaton Uplands, special restaurants, Lake Balaton activities and an old timer museum nearby. The house has air conditioning to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. A hot relaxing bath after the trip is ideal in the two-person tub.
