Built in the 1800s, fully renovated in 2020, a unique style, 4m headroom 76 m2 large bourgeois apartment. The listing offers parking at 150m in a guarded parking lot where they can pick up the key to the apartment. The apartment has a bedroom, kitchen-living room, large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

Modern lakás egy műemlék házban Pécs belvárosában. Pár perc séta a fontos látnivalóktól és a világörökségi helyszínektől. Abszolút központi elhelyezkedés, szuper éttermek, reggeliző helyek, bárok a közelben. Nem kell taxi:) Ingyenes parkolás 100 méterre. Wifi, smart tv, mosógép, légkondi. Felszerelt konyha: kávéfőző, mosogatógép, indukciós főzőlap, mikró, alapvető eszközök. Tágas tetőtér, nagy belmagasság. Világos lakás sok zöld növénnyel.

Green Apartment

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

R&L Apartment // City center

Our modern, youthful accommodation is a comfy place in the city center of Pécs, only 100 meters far from Király street. The first-floor apartment is equipped with wide range of amenities (e.g. Netflix, wifi, Nespresso coffee machine) and a perfect accommodation up to 4 people, with magnificent view of the Mecsek Hill. Enjoy the benefits of the apartment, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Artsy studio apartment

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother. Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)

Buby - infinity and beyond

Completely renovated former press house with its exterior evokes the past, but you can feel yourself inside the stars. Spacious tub with endless views and beyond, a moonlight, and a bubble on the terrace where you can sit in the hot tub or lie down, protected from rain and wind.
