Surround yourself in nature in our off-grid eco lodge. Nestled in a wooded spinney at the heart of our working farm, our lodge is hand built from sweet chestnut making it one of a kind. With an en-suite compost toilet and heated shower, log burner and gas stove there is no need to venture into the wilds in wintry weather. When it’s sunny, an outdoor kitchen with wood fired oven, and fire pit bbq enhance outdoor living. Tiny shepherds hut, bluebell, is included as a cosy nook/ extra sofa bed.

We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic tourist sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

The Swallows :A cosy cottage in the countryside.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.
