Other notable destinations include two blocks from the MOST and Armory Square and one mile to Syracuse University. The apartment has granite counters, tiled bathroom, washer & dryer and an office area.

Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre homestead and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Once home to Gilded Age railroad men, this 2 br, 1.5 ba Maisonette has been reimagined with all the modern amenities one could wish for. A handsome entry foyer greets you. Just beyond, a chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances is open to the oversized living room. A powder bath with fine finishes is tucked away while a sweeping staircase takes you to a marble spa bathroom and two beautiful bedrooms with city views.

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.
