Awesome Airbnb. Fit our whole group with plenty of room in the living room for us all to relax together. Nice big kitchen. Beautiful views and awesome beach. Only negative are the spiral stairs on the back deck, they are a little steep but still doable. Really convenient how many restaurants and shops are in walking distances. Great for a friends or family trip. Will definitely be coming back.

We had an awesome two day stay. We had consistent communication about the area and recommendations from Darya. We cooked with all the provided supplies and spent time on the smart tv. Within the apartment everything was clean and instructions were clearly placed on the table for the amenities. It was nice being in a historical converted building. The exterior and the halls are clearly from a school but inside apartment was beautiful. This was a unique experience which we enjoyed. The parking spot was a little small for a larger truck but still doable and convenient for busy location. The building itself is secure because of gate opener and mandatory key access. The building itself was extremely quiet. I would highly recommend the property for use by families and singles in the future.

Comfortable space in great neighborhood. I arrived late at night and it was a bit stressful to find the door hidden in a little walkway but after that very easy to get in. The condo was nicely laid out and the location was fun- walkable restaurants and museums. Bathroom sink was clogged but it really didn’t bother me too much. Nice big washer and dryer and air conditioning to make the space very comfortable. It is on the street above lively bar scene but was pretty quiet inside.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Syracuse U. Fantastic location in downtown and within easy reach of the university. Restaurants and more just steps away yet the condo was very peaceful with a neighborhood vibe and the nearby park was perfect for our pup. Would definitely stay here again.

Troy's place is suitable for a summer vacation! It has nice views of the lake and the area was nice and quiet. Although our stay was short, we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again!

We soent a couple days here and it was perfect for us. Easy to get to. Very clean and the neighborhood was nice to walk around and explore. Taste of Syracuse was an extra treat that was close by.

So convenient for my son’s graduation at SUNY Cortland. He had an afternoon ceremony and Nancy was so nice to let us check out a little later, which was so helpful and made the day run so smoothly. Loved the view of the ski lift from the back of her place too! Thanks for such a nice stay.
