Luxury Beachfront House in Datça Nergisevi, Kumluk

Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

Our 1+1 apartment, which is in the upper floor of our building, which you can see in the photos, with the view of Kumluk Beach, is in the most central position of Datça in the Datça pier neighborhood. We have two balconies in the living room and bedroom. Someone faces the other balcony to the harbor side of Kumluk Beach. You have the opportunity to light a barbecue in the garden of our house. We wish you a pleasant holiday.

There arr also restaurants and a super market / minutes walking from the house. The view from the house is magical as it's located on top of the hill.
