Cozy cottage with free access to water park

Welcome to our lovely cottage in Arrild holiday town. The house consists of entrance hall, kitchen and living room out in one with wood-burning stove and heat pump, new bathroom and two rooms with new double beds. The cottage is located on a lovely natural plot, where from the living room/terrace you can often see deer and squirrels and at the same time there is less than 200 meters to the swimming pool, shopping and playground. This unique cottage is located on the idyllic wading sea island of Rømø. The house is located on a hilly natural plot with 180 degree panoramic views of meadows facing Rømø's wide white beaches. The house is sleeps 6 (+1 baby bed) as well as sauna. The house is bright and friendly and has a nice view to the west. To the house hear a lovely, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the ground there is direct access to a bicycle and footpath that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

On beautiful natural grounds, secluded from the road is our cozy cottage. Modernized with new kitchen, bathroom, roof and facade. In addition, there is a wooden terrace facing both south and west, so you can enjoy the morning sun, the noon sun and the evening sun. The house has a heat pump that can easily keep the house warm. There is also a wood-burning stove as a supplement. (Bring your own firewood or buy it on the island) There is also chrome-cast for the TV.

Renovated in 2016, the spacious apartment over 2 floors is quietly located and 500m from the Süderhafen. Even at breakfast, the view to the "Engel-Mühle" holiday atmosphere comes up. All rooms are bright, cozy and decorated with a lot of love. The garden, which can also be reached via a small terrace door from the apartment's kitchen, can of course be used by our guests.
