Bauernhaus Platjenwerbe

Auf Euch wartet ein Bauernhaus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert umgeben von großen Eichen mit einem riesigen Garten. Das Grundstück liegt am Ortsrand von Platjenwerbe in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Bremen. Vom Haus aus blickt man weit über grüne Wiesen direkt in das Naherholungsgebiet Auetal. Im Sommer stehen direkt vor dem Haus Pferde mit ihren kleinen Fohlen, die sich immer über eine Streicheleinheit freuen. Viel Ruhe, Privatsphäre und das weite Grundstück sorgen für ein Urlaubsgefühl ab dem ersten Moment.

Gesamte Etage in einem Bauernhaus im Grünen

Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche mit einem Einzelbett, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die 3 Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür offen habt.

Die separate Wohnung im Dachgeschoss unseres Altbremer Hauses liegt 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von den Straßenbahnlinien 2, 3 und 10 (Die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof liegen damit ca. 17 Minuten entfernt.) mit kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Fußläufig erreichbar: Shoppingcenter (Hansa-Carré), Restaurants, Weser, Weserwehr & Naturschutzgebiet. Da wir im Haus ebenfalls eine Wohnung bewohnen geben wir gerne jederzeit Tipps zu Unternehmungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bremen.

Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Gleichzeitig gelangt man aber auch mit dem Auto in 20 min in die Innenstadt von Bremen. Das komplett renovierte Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, 1 Gäste-WC, ein großzügiges Esszimmer, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und eine neue moderne Küche mit großem Fenster in den weitläufigen Garten.
