This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and use as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wanders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

A lovely spacious light filled flat for up to 3 people with double bed and super comfortable sofa. 3 minutes from Forest Hill station with access to London Bridge in 18 mins, East London in 25 and North London in 35. Peckham and Crystal Palace are also a short bus ride or 30 min walk away. My flat is on the main parade with some great coffee, delis and independent shops on the doorstep. The Horniman Museum & Gardens are an 8 minute walk away and great for kids and beautiful London views.

Blythe Vale Studio is a self contained, quiet, garden room with own kitchen and bathroom situated at the bottom of a 90ft garden. Private access via the side gate of the main house. It is ideally situated for exploring Greenwich, the Southbank and Central and East London. Train stations are a 12 minute walk away. Like to check in earlier? Stylish and very spacious one bedroom flat with everything you need for short and long stays and free parking space. Easy access to central London with the train from Crystal Palace to London Bridge in less than 30 minutes. Walking distance to famous Triangle with plenty of restaurants and cafes, 3 minutes to lovely Crystal Palace park. There is dounle sofa bed in living room, kings size bed in the bedroom and upon requst we can add single bed there. Only pets allowed are dogs.
