Monthly Rentals in Swinithwaite

Jo's cottage is lovely and situated in a great village with a good pub and many easy, beautiful walks. It was clean, had every amenity needed and then some (fresh eggs from their hens! plus baked goods!), and was very, very comfortable. The back garden with it's stone walls was completely contained for our kids to play in, and a nice spot for wine after they went to bed. Jo had everything for staying with a baby and kid-- all the basics like high chair and travel cot (bunk beds for the older ones) and the amazing bonus of a blackout curtain. I wish we'd been able to stay for longer!

My girlfriend and I had a lovely stay, the accommodation was cute and looked out onto the river and falls which we had a little swim in, and we loved the sound of the running water which was very peaceful. The little village has a couple of shops and a pub where the staff were friendly, however we did have to travel to neighbouring villages for meals out, but we knew that would be the case and allowed us to explore more of the surrounding areas, notably Hawes and Aysgarth. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away.

lovely stone annexe to Penny's house, in the pretty village of Carperby which is on a minor road so only local traffic. Very well appointed, all neat and clean. Penny is a great hostess and I really enjoyed my stay there. Thoroughly recommend.

Drew’s place is really fantastic. It is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished to a high standard, with everything you need for a very relaxing stay. Drew was a very welcoming, kind and responsive host. The location has stunning landscapes with beautiful walks. We very much hope to return.
