Clean property with all required amenities. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Private access with no fuss checkin/out. Just what I needed for a week of work near Witney.

I had an amazing time at this place. I have stayed in many housestay/airbnbs around the world and I didn’t think the one I would immediate want to return to would be 1hr away from home. The listing does not do the accommodation justice. It is immaculately clean and much of it is brand new. The amenities, furniture are exactly what I needed. The space is generous and comfortable. What the images don't convey is the beauty and tranquility of the location. The gardens are beautiful. Breakfast on the porch in the sun was stunning. Walks from the village were a highlight. The host is also great, and impeccably polite in a very british way. Exactly the right level of interaction and information without any intrusion. Perfect. I will probably be back.

The snug really was a snug, everything was absolutely spotless and incredibly beautiful, including the surroundings such as the garden and the village itself. It was quiet and also private, the garden being secure was great as we brought our Whippet who loves to be outdoors. I honestly didn’t want to leave and could happily live in the snug, best trip by far! Sally left us homemade cupcakes, bread and jam as well as fizz, milk and butter which was so thoughtful and lovely (took us by surprise) we enjoyed our stay so much and definitely hope to come back. A lovely property close to fantastic attractions like the Cotswold Wildlife Park & Gardens. Gus was a great host and was happy to provide recommendations for nearby pubs and restaurants.
