We invite you to the extraordinary world of "Powoli" - a unique, wooden, ecological cottage in Wolimierz, an artistic village in the heart of the Magical Izy. You will meet horses walking the streets and roe deer and pheasants visiting the houses, you will be treated to local specialties, handicrafts and ceremonies, you will get to know the beautiful Jizera Foothills and its unusual inhabitants. But above all - you will slow down, relax and experience life in a completely different way - closer to nature, closer to yourself.

The apartment is located close to the Ski&Sun ski lift and a few minutes' walk from the promenade in Świeradów-Zdrój. Beautiful mountain view from the balcony. The building has an Italian restaurant Monte Verde, with delicious Italian cuisine. The property is close to the city center. A large living room, two Smart TVs in the apartment and strong Wi-Fi provide entertainment, e.g. for children who miss Netflix :) There is a summer-winter mattress in the bedroom. Depending on your preferences, you can reverse it.

One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

The house is located among family houses in a quiet environment. I live in it, my boyfriend, my son Mattias and our dog Arnošt. Households are separate, so we will be happy if you use the option of self-service accommodation. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished in a modern and airy style. We insist on peace, a pleasant atmosphere, order and tranquility throughout the house.

Apartment with Sauna only for Guests. It is a very spacious, classic, 3-room apartment with a homely atmosphere and an area of 45 m2. It is located on the ground floor of the building, designed for a maximum of 6 people. Guests of our apartment can use the parking space located outside the building free of charge. There is also a private basement for storing bicycles and skis.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends.
