The place is comfortable and spacious and we had a great time. Particularly appreciated the modern and spacious fridge as we needed to store a lot of food for the weekend :) The garden is amazing and the pool was great if a bit cold.

It was just what we were expecting, the surroundings are incredibly beautiful and the hot tub was an absolute win. Lovely fireplace inside and electric blanket for a cold winter’s night. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. All in all a wonderful experience.

We had the loveliest stay at 360 on 62. The cottage is quaint and beautifully styled with antique furniture and thoughtful finishes. We especially loved soaking in the hot tub under the stars – absolutely magical! It's a great base for exploring the Langeberg area, with plenty to do nearby. The honesty shop is such a charming touch too. Highly recommended.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful – we felt at home right away. Everything was beautifully arranged, spotless, and full of thoughtful details. The view was stunning, and watching the stars at night was truly magical. Breakfast at “The Blue Cow” was delicious and super cosy. Hannette was warm, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. We’d come back anytime – thank you so much!

What a lovely stay. Warm welcome by Yolandie and Kabouter 🐕. Lovely home baked bread as a welcomeing gift with condements. Super private and gorgeous view of the mountain. It was a wet weekend so we couldn’t unfortunately do the walking trails and exploring. I highly recommend this cottage.

This is our second time at Staples House, it has been improved since our first stay - would definitely recommend it for anyone that needs a true break from the city in peaceful surroundings. Louise was a super helpful host, thanks so much.

One of the most amazing places. My boyfriend and I stayed there for two nights and it definitely wasn't long enough! The home itself was very substantial and had everything needed. It was situated in one of the most beautiful places with a dam and lovely wildlife. A lovely place for a break away. Would definitely go back again!

Great place to unwind. Comfortable living area for socializing. Nice hiking in the area. Wonderful sunsets in the valley. Pool is a bit small and doors are not well secured for windy days.

We had a wonderful stay at De Vrede - as a plantswoman myself, the garden must've been my favourite part of the whole property. Expansive, wild and prescribed a slower temporal pace I found incredibly fruitful. The cottage itself was delightful too, where we spent most of the chilly evenings by the fireplace. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful time away! So beautiful and peaceful as well as feeling totally private. The only issue we had was not staying long enough! The area is totally secure for your dogs to wander around with you. Only thing we had thought was that the cattle etc were closer to the property from the photos but we didn't see them which was a good thing as we then didn't need worry too much for our dog. We would definitely want to come back! For longer next time.

We had a wonderful stay. Just what we were looking for. It was private and quiet with beautiful surroundings. The cottage had everything that we needed.

We had a lovely stay at the Berry Cottage. Beautiful view of the mountains, lots of big lush trees. The ducks came walking by in single file and we met two resident pigs who live just over the road from the Berry Cottage next to a pond. We wanted a farm stay and this was perfect. We also had everything we needed in the kitchen. Best of all is the lovely stoep with a great braai. It was too hot to use the indoor fireplace, but we’d love to come back. It was also lovely to buy some great products from the Tasting Room. The lady was amazing at her job. We were just there to look, but we left with two bags of goodies. I would highly recommend this special farm.

Awesome stay in this beautiful house, everything was super easy for us to enjoy the most of the Kitesurf session. The welcome was really nice and flexible, it was clean, really spacious, we found everything we needed and more ! highly recommend the place, thank you so much for the stay !

Our weekend at The Black House in Robertson was truly exceptional. Tucked away in a peaceful spot yet close to top wine farms, it was the perfect base for exploring the region. The warm welcome from our host, complete with a delicious homemade quiche and lemon meringue pie set the tone for a relaxing, indulgent stay. The house itself is beautifully designed, with stylish interiors and serene outdoor spaces that strike a perfect balance between luxury and comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making us feel right at home. We left refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and peaceful wine country escape.

We had a marvellous time at Brian's house. A well equipped sparkling clean house right on the Breede Rivers banks. Spectacular sunrise and sunsets. A truly special gem of a place.

The family Cottage with fireplace & outdoor kitchen is a perfect place for a family with children. We loved every moment in the beautiful cottage and the stunning garden. The evenings braai's and swims in the pool where the highlight of the day and the girls enjoyed the tree house with the slide and also to have the farm animals around was very exciting. We also did a beautiful hike, which starts in front of the place and the view from the top was breathtaking. We highly recommend this fantastic place to everyone that loves nature, garden plants and flowers and a feeling of clamping. The host's mom was very attentive and friendly. We loved chatting to her and enjoyed her beautiful artwork !

Highly recommended! Views are to die for, better described as magical. Host was very attentive. Witsand is the perfect spot to unwind and really feel like you are on holiday. We'll be back!

I booked Tanya's place for my bridal party and getting ready for my wedding. It was an absolute gem and Tanya spoilt me with a little gift for my big day, plus she was a wonderful host! I will definitely be back!!

My family and I had a great time staying at this property. My 4 year old son loved being able to feed the alpacas, it was a real highlight. We found everything to be as described in the listing. Overall we were all very happy with our stay.

Thank you Elma for Hosting my partner and his family the weekend - He loved every minute, his granddaughter had so much fun swimming with her Oupa and feeding the bunnies. He said the place was spotless the garden was lush and green, the swimming pool sparkling clean. They made good use of the pool and the outside area. Such a cute little cabin. Couldn’t really tell from the pictures - luckily it wasn’t too cold but the kitchen and bathroom are outside, might be more of an issue in winter. Loved the hot tub and braai and lovely farm. Some trees along the road line might help to limit the road noise. The staff were all very happy and helpful. Will come back with the godchildren to make the most of the farm! Thanks for a lovely weekend.
