A steep staircase leads up to two small rooms as well as a toilet in the loft on top of our storage room/carpenter's stall (shower at the entrance). Fridge and water boiler available. Bed linen and towels are not included (available to rent 100 SEK/guest). The guest will clean up and dispose of garbage after themselves. Pets allowed. Check yourself in via a lockbox. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is amazing. So easy to get around Stockholm from here. So many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores close by. The metro and bus stops are 2 blocks away. We actually took the bus around town so we could see everything. It was very simple to do. The apt is beautiful and very well stocked. It was so nice to come back to such a comfortable place after such a long day of sightseeing. Kerstin was very responsive. I loved the recommendations she provided and she always responded quickly if we had a question. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again.

Cameron’s apartment was great! Easy walking distance to metro & bus station, nice café, restaurants, bakery and supermarket. Flat was very clean and spacious with fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. Cameron was very friendly and considerate host. He gave us great suggestion such as local restaurant, public transportation and historical sites which we could not find via guidebooks. Would definitely recommend!

We genuinely enjoyed our stay at Lucas’s place—it has everything you need, whether you're staying for a few days or a bit longer. The decor is tasteful and cozy, making it feel just like home. The location is spot on—not in the middle of the tourist crowds, but still very close to everything. Just a two-minute walk to the tube, and you’ll find cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and even an alcohol store right around the corner. Highly recommended!

This was one of the best stays I've ever had. The location is peaceful and close to nature, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The loft is cozy, spacious and exceptionally clean, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is welcoming and kind. I would gladly stay here again!
