Monthly Rentals in Swayfield

Thank you so much for sharing the Hayloft with us. We had a wonderful couple of days. Absolutely beautifully renovated and perfectly presented and pristine. Thank you so much too, for all the lovely little personal touches to welcome us, and make us feel at home straight away. Not just for us, but for our lovely dog Tia as well. It’s been amazing and was sorry we hadn’t booked for longer!

A wonderful calm and relaxing hideaway! The cottage was spacious and homely, just what we needed for a family escape and a perfect location for a friend’s celebration nearby. The surrounding gardens were idyllic and enabled us to stay in and enjoy the setting. Travelling with a young family we were delayed but Richard was very understanding and made check in still simple and worry free. Stamford and Woolsthorpe Manor were lovely spots close by and the Six Bells in Witham served a fantastic Sunday roast. We would definitely visit again.

Really comfortable, peaceful and spacious place for four of us to stay (regrettably) for just one night. Frances gave us a warm welcome and even showed up with umbrellas when the heavens opened. We enjoyed having a look at the fish in the lovely pond and the beehive. Fantastically located if, like us, you are eating at The Olive Branch.

We had a lovely night here, host was responsive, lovely decorations throughout the flat, extra spacious in the main bedroom, we had a lovely dinner in the kitchen with our takeaway, we had everything that we need, felt just like at home. In the morning very easy to have breakfast, just went to the ground floor there's a cafe with a nice breakfast and snack. Highly recommended place if you visit this area 🙂
