I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It’s in a great central location, close to everything in Hobart, and the place itself is clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Very nice balcony with a awesome view, I spotted a sunrise from the bedroom:)

Stayer in the middle of winter for the Dark Mofo festival - the apartment is in an excellent location to walk to most places. The apartment has great amenities including extras like games and a speaker. I would definitely stay here again with a group!

Not only was Jo’s place clean and cozy with comfortable bedding, it also had a spectacular view overlooking the Tamar Valley. She has gone out of her way to make her place feel like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend and will come back if the opportunity arises! 💯💯

Vicki and Gary take absolutely amazing care of their place. It was very clean and cosy with plentiful amenities like a wide range of coffees and teas. The location has all you could need in walking distance and is very private and quiet, you will feel right at home. Vicki and Gary have put extreme care and thought into the studio including a booklet with a bunch of tips and intruction manuals for all the appliances in the studio which is a lifesaver and super appreciated! They are also very helpful and are always tending to the studio aswell as us as guests, they respect privacy and always ask before they clean around the studio. Everything about the studio is quality and it's rare for an airbnb to feel like the owners really stayed there themselves and made sure it's a home. Wonderful stay highly recommended, I miss staying there already!

After a long stretch without a break, Brierlie’s apartment overlooking the harbour and historic buildings was the perfect place to land. Everything we needed was within walking distance, great restaurants, the Mona ferry, Salamanca Markets, and more. The apartment was spot-on for two couples. Thanks, Brierlie, our Kiwi friends and we had a fantastic stay.

Peter’s place was a beautiful oasis that allowed us to explore Hobart and surrounds easily. Parking was convenient. It was clean and comfortable and warm in winter. The view from the outdoor seating of the city is stunning. We were able to cook meals by using the bbq and appreciated the breakfast staples and wine Peter left for us. Peter was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely return.

Lovely, light-filled apartment with a beautiful view over the city which was nice to come home to. The bedrooms are simply furnished but beds are comfortable and the apartment is well heated and bathroom clean with a good shower. Close enough to the city but far enough away to feel like you are in a quieter space.

This suited our family holiday perfectly. Four couples, two with toddlers, each family had their own room, the host provided travel cots. The kitchen was good and stocked with some food on arrival. The bathrooms were nice. Code access was great for a large group so everyone could come and go as they pleased. It is a beautiful old building right in the best spot. We caught the Skybus from the airport which stopped about 50 m from the apartment, the ferry to MONA just across the road, Salamamca market a quick stroll. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend. Beds were comfortable, good heating. Good access with the option of a lift.

Myself and a group of friends stayed at this property for a long weekend. Clear instructions for check in. The property was a perfect size and well equipped for a big group. The house was very clean and tidy. There were heaters and electric blankets in every bedroom which was an extra bonus during the winter months. The property was in a great driving location to all shops, bars, restaurants etc. Had a beautiful stay.

Jacqui was such a warm and thoughtful host! She was always responsive and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the handmade lavender bead warmer pillows she gifted us — such a heartfelt gesture that added a personal and comforting touch to our stay, especially in the chilly weather. The home is tucked just behind the main road, offering a nice sense of privacy while still being only a short drive to the city and Mt Wellington. Parking was easy and convenient right by the roadside. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for simple cooking, and the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were cosy and well-heated. The only small suggestion we have is that it would be lovely to have a heater or an electric blanket in the bedroom for added comfort during colder nights. One unexpected delight was the visit from three adorable pademelons in the backyard — such a treat to see them up close! All in all, it was an enjoyable and peaceful stay. Thank you, Jacqui!

stunning views, beautiful cottage, great host ideal spot for a couple of any age.

Huon is gorgeous, sunny, and thoughtfully mixes period features with modern amenities. It’s beautifully clean and comfortable, and in a fantastic location, and I stay there every year. But what makes it a home away from home is Chris and Kirsten, who are so kind, thoughtful, responsive and just delightful to deal with. They really are super hosts, and exemplify the best of Airbnb.

Fabulous location, i walked to the gorge. Tamar valley grocer was two minutes away to buy lovely meals and groceries. Hosts very responsive. I parked in the car port above the unit as im not the best at turning the hire car. Instructions and manual were excellent. Afternoon sun on the balcony even in winter was lovely.

The view was amazing & on a personal note I would totally live in this location permanently if possible

Bowens place is great to stay and is situated within walking distance to everything you need. We even walked to town a few times as it is just over the hill. Area is very quiet and has everything you need. Wolod recommend this place no problems.

Easy to find with very clear instructions. Quirky outdoor sculptures, very clean, quiet surroundings, and very short walk to the beach, along with being dog friendly made for a great short stay. Loved the outdoor shower.

Nel's place was an excellent home for us for four days while we explored Dark Mofo in Hobart. It wasn't right in the centre of town, being maybe 10-12 minutes easy drive, but the trade off of a peaceful street with amazing water views and the sounds of the ocean at night was well worth it. A lovely little comfy space with all we needed, including easy parking right out the front. Thanks Nel!

Second time we've stayed at Louise's place, and would definitely stay again. Clean, stylish, welcoming. Would highly recommend.

We only stayed one night in this charming home but loved it. The maps had a hard time finding the place but Christine gave great directions . It has such a lovely cottage vibe with fun, eclectic decor—and the sheep outside were a bonus! The amenities were great, with coffee, milk, and even a luxurious spa bath. As we were on a hiking road trip, the washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver. We felt really looked after and would definitely stay again!

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

Miro & Edinas home is beautiful. Edina greeted us and showed us important features of this smart house & shared information on nearby must sees. The pantry and fridge were a plenty & they’d even bought us a loaf of bread and fresh fruit, which we really appreciated. Even though you share an internal stairwell, it was still very private. Very cosy for the winter with fireplace and heaters and extra blankets for us northerners. The main bedroom has a beautiful view of the mountain; so picturesque especially on a full moon. Thank you once again Edina & Miro, it was truly a delight to stay with you.

We had an amazing stay at Ken’s place! Was a pleasure waking up and going to sleep with that view. Breathtaking! Fantastic home with everything you need. Would absolutely stay again. Didn’t want to leave the view!
