Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Swannanoa

We loved this visit! The house was perfect - super clean and well provisioned, it had a great vibe, awesome collection of books, chill deck out back - and a couple of cold beers in the fridge, as well as some locally sourced snacks, upon our arrival were very much appreciated. Michele was friendly, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood was quite rustic and very walkable. Only about 20 minutes to downtown via either a scenic walkway or through the neighborhood. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Asheville!

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences (and I had many). Traci’s spot is perfect for a couple or solo. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful surrounding. Easy to find. And the inside is perfect for travelers - everything is thought through, every detail, from the spoon for the creamer to the cosy rug for the feet by the bed which made me feel very taken care of during our stay. The bed is super comfortable. The space is very nicely decorated. I felt like I was at a cool gallery. Thank you, Traci, for hosting us!

Had a great stay...the location is outstanding if you're looking for an in-town place! I spent too much time at The Station for coffee and adult drinks! Katey's place is very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay! Lisa and Carter were great hosts. They were proactive in giving us directions and making sure everything was satisfactory. The kitchen sink was small for washing dishes by hand, but I can understand why they set it up that way. It was sufficient for basic cooking needs. We particularly appreciated how accessable our parking spot was relative to the apartment door. We would recommend staying here. Just be aware it is a residential area only and you have to drive for food. No restaurants available by foot.

The place was clean, well equipped with essentials, and comfortable bed and linens. The area was peaceful and view of the mountains was beautiful. We received clear instructions to find the place. The host was very responsive. There was nothing more we could want.

This rental was perfect for my needs. Myself and some co-workers came to the area to attend a wedding. A lot of guests complained about their AirBnB rentals, but not us. The hosts were very nice and the unit itself was supplied sufficiently to meet our needs. The location is in the desirable westside of Asheville and very closely situated to a park. The park was a great convenience since I brought my service animal and my dog with me. I most certainly will be booking this unit again.

Brittany and Myron were extremely prepared and super friendly! They made the check-in process so easy and flexible, we didn’t have to cut into our plans to check-in. Everything was exactly as advertised and cleaner than any place I’ve ever stayed before. Brittany was above and beyond welcoming! We will absolutely be back here again in the future. Hot tub is 10/10 and didn’t run into any black bears! Would recommend to anyone, especially for the price!

We are return guests who love staying at this Airbnb! It is an entire second floor of a house with its own private entrance. We enjoy looking out the big front window at the lake, which our dog eagerly is walked around morning and evening. The back screened in porch overlooking the trees is so calming. Great shower, comfortable bed, there is nothing the hosts haven’t thought of to make your stay memorable. It is 10-15 minutes from downtown but near lots of good restaurants that are very close. We hope to stay again when we visit Asheville. Thank you Staci!

Kate is a very professional host, attentive to detail, quality, cleanliness, and communication. She is also kind and respectful person. Her Airbnb would be great for families with plenty of beds, nice towels and linens and a washer/dryer. It’s also a cozy nest for anyone who wants proximity to Asheville, the Folk Art Museum or the Parkway. The house is nice with fun comforts without being too fussy. The main beds and pillows are excellent. The set up is fun. She also offers fresh rainbow eggs which was a welcome treat. I have been a host and have high expectations, some might say too high. I was very happy with Kate’s place.

We loved our stay! It was quiet and in a lovely location. The house was super clean and we felt at home. It had everything we needed for our visit to the area and plenty of space to work remote too. There was a power outage when we arrived and for most of the evening and Jessica was very responsive. We enjoyed visiting some local places like cat cafes (Cats at Play Cafe & House of Black Cat Magic) and breweries (Whistle Hop, Turgua and Highland). I love to thrift and can recommend the Asheville Humane Thrift Store.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a few days. It’s a cozy home away from home that is comfortable and has pretty much everything you need to relax. The kitchen had everything that we needed so we didn’t feel any reason to go out for dinner. The host was absolutely amazing and we hope to return to this home in the future.

My daughters, granddaughters and I were in Asheville for a girls trip. The house was just as listed. Everything was great about the place. The house was well stocked. There were games there as well. The only thing I would suggest with that is to have children's games (3 and up). Games were mostly for 8 years and up. We were very pleased with ease of check in and out. Whenever there was a question about something with the house Jon would respond quickly which I appreciated. I will plan on staying there again in the future.

Loved our stay here! This place was safe, comfortable, peaceful, easy to find. Great space for 2 adults and a dog. Sitting up on the top deck in the mornings was really great. Would definitely stay here again for future Asheville/Black Mountain trips!

We had a lovely stay - the place is so cute, clean, and has everything. I truly felt like I was going into a spa, it smelled clean and fresh plus had fun amenities. Would love to go back!

Great house, lots of space and very easy check in.

The accomodations are very comfortable and the location is quiet and peaceful plus being near to our activities. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the cabin for a death in our family March 2025 and wanted a place clean, relaxing and quiet and we got just that!! We did have a "tiny" issue but when Tamra found out she was on it, and it was corrected quickly and we even talked on the phone, and she was the sweetest person. The Cabin was clean and comfy and so relaxing, and the beds were so comfortable also. We would definitely come back to stay & recommend it to anyone!!

First time visit to Asheville and we couldn’t have asked for, and received, a more perfect place to see it all. Once we parked our car we never saw it again, other than a day visit to the Biltmore estate. Otherwise our entire 4 night stay in this property allowed us to experience Asheville on foot, right outside our door. Highly recommend this place!!

Excellent place and walkable to downtown Asheville. Parking is not included but directly across the street is a $15 daily parking garage. The loft sits right above a coffee shop and bar. Excellent place to stay.

I really loved the location, my room and bathroom were perfect. They were responsive, and quickly, whenever I had a question. Their place felt like a second home for the moment. I loved it!

Great location. As noted in other reviews if you are comfortable with some steps this is a great place. The elevator does work fine as an alternative to the stairs, it is on the smaller side though. We used the steps all of the time. The unit is as described, 2 bedrooms with enough space for up to 4 people. We mainly used the space to eat and sleep in since you are in Asheville and the whole purpose is to be outside. It is in the middle of downtown, everything seemed to be within a 4 to 5 block walk. The parking garage across the street was extremely convenient. If we could have added one thing to the experience it would have been a TV in the master bedroom as it is enjoyable to have 2 different tv's in case people choose to watch different items prior to going to sleep.

This is our second time staying at Rory's apartment. When we found out it was available We did not think twice and booked it right away. Our host’s hospitality and amenities made it a no-brainer! The location was convenient, space was comfortable, and communication was seamless. 10 out of 10 and we are looking forward for our next visit

This was a great 2/2 in downtown Asheville. It was clean, comfortable with easy access. Relatively quiet space. My friend had a car and was happy for the guest parking (the street is metered parking and the meter maids are active). The location is good proximity to the airport and the Biltmore (I Uber’d to both). I would definitely recommend this place for your Asheville stay. Cheers!
