Hurricane Helene update: we have clean potable water being supplied to shower in and drink! By passing the non-potable city water. We are Asheville locals, so please have grace with reply times. Our Guesthouse is located in the beautiful Swannanoa valley conveniently between Downtown Asheville and Black Mountain. Within minutes you can be in the quaint old town feel of Black mountain, touring breweries in downtown Asheville, or taking a stroll on the blue ridge parkway. Welcome home!

Bees Knees,Pets ok/fenced yard/Electric Fireplace!

Welcome to our sweet home in the hidden gem of Swannanoa. The house has a large fenced in front yard, perfect for traveling with pets. Beautiful electric fireplace to cozy up next to! Our place is on a busy, but quiet country road in desirable Bee Tree community. Hurricane Helene did cause significant damage to the area, but not to this home!! We have power and water. We are located 15 minutes to Black Mountain, 15-20 minutes to Asheville.
