Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! Die Stadt Kempten erreicht man mit dem Auto in fünf Minuten, eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite des Hauses. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im ersten Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse (5x3m) blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat.

Zudem gibt es einen Freisitz zum entspannen im anschließenden Waldstück, dass auch zu der Wohnung gehört. Das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Ein Fußweg führt in 10 Minuten zum See und zur Strandpromenade

Die Fußgängerzone ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Garagenstellplatz steht den Gästen jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Badeplatz mit Kiosk ca. 1,5 km (erreichbar über autofreien Fuß-Radweg). Von November bis ca. Anfang April bietet sich durch die Bäume hindurch ein wunderschöner Seeblick mit herrlichen Sonnenaufgängen. Und von April bis Oktober sind wir von viel Grün und einem schönen Blick ins Landschaftsschutzgebiet umgeben.

Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Kleines Häuschen im Grünen

Unser kleines Ferienhäuschen liegt inmitten auf unserem Pferdehof auf dem wir auch selbst wohnen. Hier wohnt man idyllisch in der Natur und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Ruhige Spazierwege direkt ab Hof laden zu Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Die Nähe zu Augsburg und München (je ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt) bietet sich für Stadterkundungen an. Das kleine Häuschen verfügt über eine kleine Küche sowie ein Bad mit Sauna. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil.
