We rent out our home when we are on vacation. You would have to feed our dear cat Rosi twice a day, otherwise it is quite easy to maintain. Since we have school-age children, the house is only available during the Bavarian school holidays and from time to time on weekends. Close to the City Center (Just a 15 minutes walk). 5 minute walk to the Augsburger Puppenkiste and 25-minute walk to the Augsburger Zoo. The House has 3 bedrooms. Our lovely cat needs to be fed.

The apartment is regularly renovated. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for a good conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and can have breakfast or barbecue on your own terrace if the weather permits. Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. TV is obligatory and for the analog ones of you, a library is at your disposal.

We have wonderful destinations for skiing and hiking within a 30-minute radius: Oberammergau, Hörnle, Blomberg, Schwanstein Castle! Munich is a 30-minute train ride!
