We have from scratch renovated with a lot of comfort and to feel comfortable. The biggest plus is the proximity to Augsburg, Munich and the Allgäu or Günzburg (Legoland) You can use the huge garden to relax! Extensive walks in the forest (Western Forests Nature Park)are already possible from the house. Welcome!

We rent out our home when we are on vacation. You would have to feed our dear cat Rosi twice a day, otherwise she is quite easy to care for. Since we have school-age children, the house is only available during the Bavarian school holidays and occasionally on weekends. Close to the city center (just a 15-minute walk). 5-minute walk to the Augsburger Puppenkiste and 25-minute walk to the Augsburger Zoo. The house has 3 bedrooms. Our lovely cat needs to be fed.

Lake Constance (e.g. Friedrichshafen waterfront) can be reached by car in approx. 20-25 minutes. The apartment is fully equipped, ideal for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and small families. We are happy to welcome you soon.

Enjoy your breakfast in the light-filled dining room in the conservatory or on the large terrace in our secluded garden. Spend the day swimming, walking, bike rides or beer gardens in the attractive Fünfseenland. Relax in the evening in our elegant living room or with crickets on the terrace.

Quiet apartment in Andechs (s' Wuidgehege)

the apartment has been newly furnished. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for the good conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and can have breakfast or grill on your own terrace when the weather allows. Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. TV is mandatory and a library is available for the analogues.

The house sits on the outskirts of Kempten. Netto, Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, banks and short distances to the highway and into the mountains and the mountains characterize the location in particular. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. Public transportation very close by. Alexa app is an advantage. The house is offered as a total accommodation. This means that I am not present in person when renting.

Beautiful large terrace corner house with terrace, enclosed garden and pergola in a very quiet street on the outskirts of Sonthofen. The swimming and sauna park Wonnemar is next door in walking distance, about 200 m away. The center and the pedestrian zone of Sonthofen are also within walking distance, about 700 m away. Parking is right outside the door.

We rent our cozy and modern 50 sqm holiday home with small terrace, modern and fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV and much more. The Edeka Center, a bakery and several restaurants, including Mc Donald's and BurgerKing are within walking distance. Göppingen, Esslingen, Ulm and Stuttgart are easily accessible by public transport.
