Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Svetvinčenat

Wir haben uns bei Marko und Leila sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war super! Die Unterkunft entspricht genau dem Bildern und war wirklich schön! Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und eher abgelegen, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind aber mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Casa Nostra!

Sehr schönes Appartement mitten in Istrien! Ideal, um in kurzer Zeit Rovinj, Pula oder Opatija zu erreichen. Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, perfekt ausgestattet. Emanuela und ihre Familie haben uns herzlich aufgenommen und uns sogar ihren Weinkeller gezeigt - samt Verkostung. Liebevoll restauriertes Steinhaus mit gepflegtem Garten und Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Das Haus und die Anlage sind toll! Es ist alles da was man benötigt (vor allem auch für Babys und Kleinkinder) und es war die sauberste Unterkunft die wir bisher hatten! Die Vermieter waren so super freundlich und zuvorkommend; die Lage ist wunderbar ländlich und doch ist man in 5 Minuten mit dem auto an Geschäften und Restaurants! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und auch die Kinder waren happy! Rundum ein Ort zum wohlfühlen! Wir wollen unbedingt wieder kommen!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Vi var tre kamerater som bodde i leiligheten til Masha. Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold her – dette er uten tvil en av de vakreste Airbnb-ene vi noensinne har bodd på! Leiligheten var nydelig, superren og hadde alt vi trengte, men høydepunktet var definitivt den uforglemmelige balkongen med utsikt som tok pusten fra oss. Parkering rett utenfor gjorde alt veldig praktisk, og beliggenheten var perfekt for å utforske Pula. Verten Masha var utrolig hyggelig og imøtekommende – varm, hjelpsom og oppriktig opptatt av at vi skulle trives. Vi følte oss veldig velkomne fra første øyeblikk. Tusen takk for et uforglemmelig opphold – vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

The best Airbnb we have stayed in. We only had two days at Luciano’s place but we wish we could have stayed longer. Luciano and his wife were amazing with the children, they gave my son his favourite chocolates and gave him a tractor ride. The house was spotless, comfortable and everything had been thought of. We will definitely be returning in the future for a longer holiday. We went to the local town for coffee (where we found lots of lovely cafes and restaurants) and also found a castle in the centre of the town which the children loved. The local supermarket was well stocked. If you are thinking of staying here you won’t regret it. We had a very memorable stay to end our ten day road trip.

Die Wohnung ist toll. Von aussen ein nicht so schöner Wohnblock für 8 Parteien aber die Wohnung selbst einfach großartig. Der Host reagiert sofort und wir wurden sogar mit einer Flasche Wein und Keksen begrüßt. Zum Kieselstrand ist es ca 10min steil bergab über Treppen und am Schwimmbad vorbei. Leider gab es weder Liegen noch Sonnenschirme am Strand zu leihen. Nur nackte Grosskiesel in praller Sonne. Nachts war es bei offenem Fenster bis spät in die Nacht recht laut. Die Strasse verläuft ca 20m vorm Fenster und einige Hunde haben sich lautstark durchgehend unterhalten. Aber man kann ja auch die Klimaanlage nutzen und die Fenster schließen;-) Das Bett war sehr hart- erst nach 3 Nächten hatten wir uns dran gewöhnt... Insgesamt eine tolle Basisstation für Ausflüge in jede Richtung und um freundliche Kroaten kennenzulernen. Anfang Juni machten dann auch einige Lokale am Strand wieder auf und eine Bar gibt's neben dem Schwimmbad.

This is one of the top places I’ve ever stayed- the view outside the apt of the Colosseum was amazing. Waking up to that view was a dream! Coffee was stocked, and Samantha even had cookies for us! The beds were comfy, and the apt was just so perfectly decorated. A++++! Great location- there is no better space than this apt in Pula!

Eine Traumhafte Aussicht und sehr nette Gastgeber. Wie hatten unsere kleinen Tochter dabei und sie hat sich auch sehr wohl in dem klein Zimmer gefühlt. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort. Lidl ist in der Nähe,alles andere nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, dennoch sehr schnell. Wir waren in 10 Minuten an der Promenade und Strände in der Nähe besucht. Das Essen ist überall ein Traum und in unseren Augen Günstig für das Fisch und die Qualität. Pool für Erwachsene sowie für Kinder ist einfach Top und hat angenehme Temperatur. Wir hatten auch sehr nette Nachtdienst mit uns gleichzeitig in anderen Zwei Zimmern waren. Nachts fahren Motorrad Fahrer vorbei,das muss man bedenken und Hunde bellen auch viel. Dennoch haben wir super geschlafen,denn die Fenster isolieren super gut alle Geräusche. Klimaanlage ist auch da,haben wir aber nicht gebraucht,es war Anfang Juni angenehm Kühl nachts. Tagsüber ist Baustelle zu hören,das muss man auch bedenken. Dankeschön für die Tolle Zeit,es war wunderschön!

Maja is a lovely host, very warm and welcoming! I arrived by bus from Zagreb and she picked me up from the bus stop in Brseč. The village Brseč is very lovely. The studio is cute and feels a bit like a cave, but a very clean and well equipped cave :) I have cooked my own meals and it's great that in Brseč there is also a little supermarket. The view from the terrace is indeed spectacular and it's so nice to spend time there, hearing and seeing the birds, looking at the insects and all the different plants, the beautiful skies and off course the forever blue Adriatic Sea. I look forward to staying here again!

Wunderschöne großzügige, saubere und moderne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir frisches Obst und Blumen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sehr positiv auch der eigene Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück und die Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps durch die Gastgeber.

Beautiful outlook towards the amphitheatre. Couldn’t get enough of the view. Also had a view of the port. House larger than pictured. Extremely clean. Host had very clear instructions was very helpful. Could walk into the town. Loads of restaurants. Could catch local buses to many places. Which we did. Really enjoyable stay. Thank you. Definitely recommend

Elena war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie war stets gut erreichbar, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal bei Jasna & Vlado und fühlen uns in Dajla sehr wohl. Meee ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Konoba mit leckerem Essen noch näher. Bäckerei ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Jasna und Vlado kann man jederzeit kontaktieren und sie sind immer freundlich.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

Es war alles wie Beschrieben und man hatte einen wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer. Ksenija war immer erreichbar wenn etwas war und sehr freundlich.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

Wir hatten eine wahnsinnig tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen Ort Rovinj und die Wohnung von Andrew ist wirklich geräumig und gemütlich ausgestattet! Die Lage in der Grisia Gasse ist unschlagbar und die Aussicht auf die Altstadt aus allen Fenstern und auch vom süßen kleinen Balkon ist zauberhaft. Die Anreise mit dem Elektroauto und das Parken außerhalb der Altstadt war unkompliziert und gut organisiert. Wir werden Andrews Gastfreundschaft definitiv noch einmal in Anspruch nehmen.
