The bedroom is equipped with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a good quality sofa bed with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning sugar. The house of 36 m2 is oriented to the south, which is why you experience both sun up and descents from the house.

Panoramic sea view is the key word for this beautiful wooden cottage. The living room is facing west and the beautiful, red sunset can be enjoyed by the large windows or by the terrace. The house is only 100 meters from the beach. On the large area of the beach the grass grows wild, but there is, however, established a soccer field with 2 goals. The house includes 2 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, the other with two box mattresses (max 4 persons). There are good fishing and hiking opportunities.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Cozy apartment of 50 m2 with private entrance (high basement) close to bathing beaches, harbor, forest and Svendborg city center. It is possible to use a terrace with garden furniture and umbrella.
