The place is one of the sunniest in Eastern Norway, with sun until about 10:00 pm in the summer. You walk to the jetty in 2 minutes. Right above the property is Kopåsbatteriet, a cannon position that participated in the protection of the German warship Blucher on April 9, 1940. Drøbak's oldest house, Thorsehuset from 1760, is located on the same property. The house is worthy of protection and safeguarded with extensive work.

Trains will bring you to Oslo in twenty min. 15 min by car will bring you to the Oslo fjord in Asker.

A small and charming house by the sea

The house is located 40 meters from the sea and offers a stunning view of Vestfold. Here you can enjoy a hot tub, barbecuing with a gas grill, a covered seating area, and some amazing sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach, where you can swim, dive, and jump off the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbar that the kids love. Inside, there are most of the amenities, and the view of the fjord is just as good from the sofa. The house is located near the end of a dead-end road.

The house is 94 sqm and contains two large bedrooms, a small bathroom with heated floors, large and spacious entrance, new kitchen and large living room with two large sofas that can be used as beds. Everything was renovated in 2017. There is a patio with evening sun that belongs to the house and parking outside. Right by the beach, forest, mountains and city.
