Close by we also have the local swimming pool with jacuzzis, slides, saunas and a gym, and only a few minutes walk to the low price supermarket. Quick way into the city center (15 min drive), easy access to main roads and quiet neighborhood. There are super markets not too far away and a local swimming pool with hut tubs and sauna. Bus stop is only 1 min away. Close to excellent nature trails with lakes, rivers and open spaces.

Take a break and unwind in our peaceful annex, conveniently located for both hikes to the Reykjadalur Hot Spring Thermal River, and a wealth of amenities in Hveragerði. The annex has a private entrance, king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Guests also have exclusive use of the spacious garden hot tub, a tranquil escape nestled among the birch and aspen trees. Please note that we have a very friendly cocker spaniel dog who you may meet in the garden.

The museum Àrbæjarsafn is close to my home. It is just a walking distance to a great outdoors swimmingpool with hot tubs. A grocery store is almost next door. This area is on your way out of Reykjavik to the south to the Golden Circle etc and also to the main route to the north.
