It comes with a dreamy guest house & large private garden where you can enjoy lunches under our fruit trees or a candlelit dinner under the grape vines (covered patio). It's 900m to Lomma South Beach & 1300m to the harbour & Lomma North Beach which is a large sandy beach with Windsurfing/Kite Surfing. House: 3 bedrooms, dining room, living room & 2 bathrooms Guesthouse: 2 beds but no running water, limited electricity

Svarte is easily reached by train or car from Malmö, Copenhagen, CPH Airport etc. The house offers all modern amenities, in a chilled out environment with great activities at your door step. The surroundings offer rolling fields, beach meadows, beautiful sandy beaches, castles, cozy villages, nice towns such as Ystad, Simrishamn etc. Nearby Österlen offers many nice excursions and activities.

Perfect for two people, but we can also arrange space for up to four guests. The farm is only 15 minutes from Malmö, 30 minutes from Kastrup & 45 minutes from Copenhagen. Free access to our 8000 sqm garden, plenty of room to enjoy the tranquility. Barbecue and dining area are available for your own dinners in the open air.
