Architect-designed wooden low-energy house from the local Østerlars sawmill. The house is located in Listed (3740 Svaneke) - 100 meters from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 500 meters from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christiansø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths and dishcloths + shampoo, etc.

Lovely half-timbered house, in a long time at Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes walk from Svaneke city center and just steps from the cliff path and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which is with two built in junior beds - however, two single beds can easily be set instead. The house is in great condition and offers kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private terrace to the south. There is good insulation, district heating and wood-burning stove and is therefore rented throughout the year.
