The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder at the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is located in an unspoiled area with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christiansø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly and pets are not allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for DKK 200 per person

Beautiful half-timbered house, in a separate wing on Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

There is a large south-facing terrace, where there is sun all day. 50 meters from the door there is one of Denmark's most beautiful coastal paths that leads you directly into Allinge town (3 km)

Super cozy, small independent annex with access to lovely courtyard in Årsdale - a small fishing village 3.5 km south of Svaneke. 25 sqm secluded home furnished with flea finds. The annex has both its own kitchen and bathroom. It is located just 100 meters from the sea, the harbor, the cliffs, a small beach, a smokehouse and Mikkeller's cafe. Hiking trails to Svaneke and Nexø right from the house. Plenty of opportunities for exciting excursions in the area and a morning dip from the cliffs. We live in the main house - and love our place <3

Beautiful, small holiday apartment for 2 people in cozy Arnager about 8 km. from Rønne with 10 meters to a nice beach. Includes living room and kitchen in one, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful terrace with garden furniture. There are duvets and pillows in the apartment, but you need to bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The refrigerator has a small freezer. There is a TV and TV box with Google TV. The apartment must be left in a clean condition. You can pay for yourself - it just needs to be agreed upon at the latest upon arrival.

Enjoy a wonderful stay by the water. In this lovely house, you wake up overlooking the water and sunrise. Just outside the door to the east, the path runs along the water from Svaneke to Listed harbor. If you walk south along the water, you will pass the harbor, Svaneke Brød, the lighthouse and the harbor at Sydøst for Paradis, which is the island's nicest café, located on the beach between the rocks. Where there's a volleyball court and a diving board. If you need cozy walks, bathing in the water, this unique place is perfect

The house is 90 m2, in the middle of the Bornholm pine forest, with about a 10-minute walk to the beach and lavish nature. Direct access to a very large, partially covered terrace with an awning, where there is garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The house has a living room with a wood-burning stove, TV and fast WiFi. Large dining table. Kitchen with everything you need. 1 large bathroom with shower, and a smaller bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds. Renovations are ongoing.

Vores lille anex byggede vi for få år siden til vores børnebørn ( flest piger) derfor navnet “Hønsehuset” Som gammel bådebygger, var det enkelt at bygge en lille kahyt, med funktion, trivsel og æstetik for øje. Anexet ligger for sig selv og giver også adgang til en stille solrig havekrog. Vi bor nederst i Gudhjem, så vi har både klipper og Nørresand havn med flere atraktive badesteder inden for 100 meter.

Bright, quiet surroundings, enclosed, cozy courtyard, four-winged farm from 1825. Independent holiday apartment with private entrance, small kitchen, extra room and bathroom. Maximum 5 min. from wonderful beach, scenic coasts, local harbor and a restaurant/smokehouse. Nice peaceful and pure idyll. We have had a bed & breakfast since 2003. The home is not recommended for those with walking difficulties.

Large and bright holiday apartment in Svaneke

Spacious holiday apartment with nice light located close to Hullehavn. Private kitchen (one oven and two hobs) and bathroom as well as entrance. The garden is not accessible, but Hullehavn is a few minutes' walk from here with access to forest and playground for the little ones. We are a family of four (two children aged 6 and 8) who live next door with our cat.
