For DANSK se længere nede Our apartment has approx. 70 sqm., It's located in the old part of the town in Allinge, approx. 100 meters from a beautiful rocky coast line, near the smoke house. Our house is built in 1820, and the apartment is an extension of the house. There is 300 meters to a nice little beach. The Holiday-apartment has a kitchen with all necessities - small bathroom - bedroom with two single beds - livingroom with TV, DVD, radio and a recess containing a 1½ person bed. Your private enterence is in the livingroom. Suitable for 2 persons, but can accommodate up to 4 persons. USFUL INFORMATION: - Bring your own bed linens/towels. If you want to rent this, the cost is DKR. 100 per person. - There is NO ACCESS TO THE GARDEN, but you will find a small bench for your convenience outside the door. - Changeover day is Saturday during the summer. - No pets allowed. - Close to supermarket, bike rental, public transport, and not the least, the fantastik nature! Velegnet til 2 personer , men kan rumme op til 4 personer. Praktiske informationer: - Medbring selv sengelinned/håndklæder. Eller kan lejes for 100 kr. pr. person. - Der er INGEN ADGANG TIL HAVEN, men der står en lille bænk uden for lejligheden. - Skifterdag er lørdag om sommeren. - Ingen husdyr. - Tæt på Indkøbsmuligheder, offentlig transport, cykeludlejning og ikke mindst en fantastisk natur!

Enjoy a relaxed holiday with good opportunities for long walks, cycling, golf and swimming in our beautiful forest lake, Tværmyr. Apartment 3 is 80m2 with three bedrooms, private bath and kitchen-living room. The apartment is newly renovated in Nordic style with wicker furniture, hearing blankets and exposed beams. Enjoy your meals outdoors at your own picnic table, by the fire, or in our new orangery with a fireplace. Linen is not included but can be rented. Dog is allowed. Birkelund has its own charging stations for electric cars.

Cozy 40's apartment centrally located at the top of Brunnsparken's canopies. Two balconies of which a large thriving terrace with no view in a sunny south facing position. The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful loft of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms as well as a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells you about travel in all parts of the world. Small fully tiled bathroom with a shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

The house of the times

Our apartment is quiet and peaceful in a vibrant village. Within 20 km radius, for example, you reach Kivik and Stenshuvud, Glimmingehus, Simrishamn and Tomelilla. Equally close is to wonderful beaches, amazing scenery, museums, galleries and farm shops. A little further away is Kåseberga with Ale stenar and Ystad. Business in Simrishamn and Gärsnäs and an ATM store in the village. Bus connection to Simrishamn in one direction and Tomelilla and Lund in the other direction. 30 minutes by car to Ystad.

Nice and modern apartment on the ground floor.

Centrally located by the city center near the forest and beach. In the apartment there is Wi-Fi (not quite stable) , TV, dishwasher and dryer. There is the possibility of borrowing a cot and high chair. Bed linen/towels are NOT included in the price, but it can be rented. Cleaning is not included, this can be purchased or done yourself (see other place under house manual). You can rent bedcover and towels. There is no cleaning incl. We can do it or you can do it your self. (look under house manual)

Own apartment on our farm in Hagestad village on the countryside. Built in 1850, completely renovated July 2019. Self-catering. Fully equipped kitchen. Towels and sheets included. At Gyldensgaard, between forest, creek and fields, you live well and at reasonable prices. In our 10,000 m2 park-like garden, you will always find a corner where you can retreat and relax, while the children play in the landscape around the Gyldens Creek and the forest. Gyldensgård is located on a hilly ground and our apartments are therefore not suitable for people with difficulty and wheelchairs.
