The 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor in the Old Town of Viljandi, a 5-minute walk from the Viljandi Lake. The nearest store is 400 meters. Viljandi Castle Rare is a 10-minute walk away. You also have access to a barbecue area behind the house. The apartment can accommodate 4 guests. The apartment has a bed (160x200) and a fold-out sofa bed (140x200). Parking is not possible in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi. If you want to come with pets, please let us know :) .

The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
